04/07/2025: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 So good, we went twice – a true culinary gem in Trani! Quintessenza absolutely impressed us. The dishes are refined, creative, and deeply rooted in Apulian tradition. Every detail – from the ingredients to the presentation – was perfectly thought out and beautifully executed. We ended up dining here twice during our stay because it was simply that good. A special thanks to Domenico, who took care of us both evenings – professional, warm, and genuinely passionate about his work. His service made the experience even more memorable. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and welcoming – the perfect setting for a truly special evening. If you love exceptional food and thoughtful service, this place is a must. Highly recommended!

22/05/2025: We had an excellent meal at restaurant La Casalinga in Trani. They serve a very extensive dinner for a fixed price with honest and authentic dishes. Prepared with much love in the kitchen by mother and son and hospitably served by the daughter. We enjoyed it very much. An absolute must.

10/06/2025: Clean place in French style very sober, good food, the only flaw in my opinion, I would have cooked the source de cozze a moment longer, and a little salty, for the rest everything very good, the white wine excellent, among the rest we would have taken two glasses, but he brought us a bottle bottom, with the remainder offered. 18/06/2025: We were wandering around Trani trying to decide where to have lunch. A few streets away from the waterfront we stumbled on this little husband and wife run taverna. What a wonderful lunch - honest, quality food cooked with fresh ingredients and love. The marinated alici, seafood spaghetti and pasta with pancetta and zucchine were outstanding. It was such a pleasure to chat to Luigi, the chef and his lovely wife. Grazie Mille!!

28/06/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant I ate an appetizer of various raw fish, excellent seafood 2 excellent first courses such as the classic pacchero with fish and orecchiette with fish .. An excellent lemon sorbet, ice cream cake and a good final coffee !! I was there for my sister's 40th birthday ... Really kind, courteous and prepared staff ... very good owner Person ... excellent work I would say ... keep it up .. recommended friends you eat really well all based on fresh fish !!!

12/07/2025: My husband, son, and I had lunch there on July 10, 2025, and it was a truly satisfying experience in every way: warm welcome and unforgettable dishes, both in terms of the ingredients—the fantastic Polignano a Mare carrots, first and foremost—and the innovative take on traditional local cuisine. I highly recommend everyone to stop by for lunch or dinner at the wonderful Osteria Frangipane! The homemade bread and taralli are exceptional!

09/07/2025: Last night, my husband and I decided to try Osteria after reading a very interesting article in the weekly magazine Gente, which extolled the key aspects of a good restaurant. Not only was everything we read accurate, but I would also add that the choice of ingredients, the attention to presentation, the professionalism of the staff, and the ambiance exceeded all expectations. We had a wonderful time; every single dish was served with care and attention, with unique flavors dictated by the use of excellent ingredients. The atmosphere was refined and very welcoming, and the staff was well-trained, capable, and very customer-focused. We had a wonderful evening. Highly recommended, we will be back very soon.

08/06/2025: We had lunch in the outdoor patio on the port, a really nice location, ideal for groups (as in our case). in these situations the food is difficult for it to be excellent but all in all it was a good experience.

Lampare al Fortino combines refined, creative dishes with attention to detail with a suggestive atmosphere, nestled between the historic walls and a spectacular view of the port of Trani. Impeccable service: professional, attentive but never intrusive. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening. The raw seafood is an absolute must-try, as are the fish-based first courses. Prices in line with the quality and location. One of the best restaurants in the area.

02/03/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria known in the city of Trani since time immemorial. The quality of the food and the dishes is equally notable. Recently renovated location, it gives an elegance that is not expected for restaurants of this kind. For years now in the Apulian area, I have had the opportunity to taste various types of focaccia, but never as good as the one baked by Arcate. Last but not least, I would never have expected quality meat like the one served, even horse meat. Add to all this the availability and courtesy of the owners together with the professionalism of the staff and the location of the office practically on the port and the experience will certainly be unforgettable. Highly recommended.

08/07/2025: Not much to say about good pizza. Good pizza is good pizza. Arrived very fast. I also liked the place. And service perfect. We have been to Lievito 72 in the first evening of our arrival, so it was a great welcome from Trani to us with this great pizza.
