Don’t sleep on this beautiful fine dining experience. Make the short trip over to Trinitapoli when you are at Margherita di Savoia and I promise it will not disappoint. The owner is also the chef(not sure where he trained, but he is well schooled). We had a group of 14 and every single course (six in total) was cooked and plated with the quality of a Michelin restaurant. The only thing I regret is not having the dry aged beef and all the other menu items.

For those seeking an extraordinary culinary experience, Corte Maria is the place to be!
From the welcome, to the dishes, and even the wine pairings, everything was sensational.
Everything was exquisite, from the beef tartare to the mini Norcia spheres in tomato sauce...they were divine. Then, on to two plates of gnocchi in pepper sauce and crispy bacon with stracciatella cheese, and a main course of sliced meat on a scorching lava stone platter, cooked live.
Truly, thank you for letting us experience an evening that will forever remain in our hearts!
It's impossible not to fall in love with this place, its dishes, and its atmosphere. A wonderful culinary journey! The staff was very attentive, professional, and kind. I loved everything! Bravo!

Excellence is the term that sums up the standard at Corte Maria. Refined, delicious, gourmet cuisine—but be careful, it's not the infamous gourmet cuisine that often involves paltry quantities, quite the opposite. The chef wants you to enjoy his refined art until you're completely satisfied. As for service, anyone expecting waiters to simply wait tables will be in for a pleasant surprise. They'll find young men and women who take care of the guests. Not a single request goes unheard, the utmost attention to detail (perfection lies in the details), the most elegant consideration for each individual diner, and with more than 30 people at the table, that's not a given. Professionalism plays a role, of course, but I believe they have the "extravagance" of being respectable people, kind by nature, not by obligation. Thank you to all the staff at Corte Maria for making a special day a memorable one.

The restaurant is modern yet distinctive, with a barrel vault or carriage ceiling. It's understated and elegant, and the food is excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, the service excellent, and the prices are moderate. I tried the tasting menu.
