03/12/2025: We were there this summer (outdoors) and recently returned. The quality, service, and friendliness were consistently excellent. The meat was top-notch. We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Delicious ice cream in Alberobello. A small café near the Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian, and a friendly lady serving delicious ice cream. The ice cream isn't overly sweet, but has a noticeable flavor. I highly recommend it for a little respite from the hot Apulian sun.

13/04/2026: Unsafe environment and poor staff management! I recently had a very negative and worrying experience at La Norcinopizza in Valenzano. Although the prices are low, the overall environment was chaotic and poorly managed. The atmosphere was very loud and disorderly, with children running around and disrupting others without any intervention from their parents, and customers acting intrusively and disrespectfully. From the beginning, there was no sense of a setting where minimum standards of tranquility and respect were guaranteed. During the evening, a group of children began persistently disturbing our table. Despite this, neither the parents nor the staff intervened. The situation escalated verbally and then spilled outside, becoming very tense. The mother of these children, a rude, violent, and aggressive woman—with obvious mental issues—verbally and physically attacked us, then asked for support from other customers. The most serious aspect was the management's complete lack of timely intervention. The situation was allowed to escalate until multiple people were involved, creating an intimidating and unsafe environment. Only at a very advanced stage did a member of staff intervene, when the situation was already out of control. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident: I had previously had an unpleasant experience at the same establishment, where aggressive and intimidating behavior from other customers was dismissed as a "joke." The establishment is regularly frequented by incredibly rude, ill-mannered, aggressive, intrusive, violent, and drunk people, to the point of being reminiscent of a Wild West saloon. Overall, the establishment conveys no sense of safety or control. The combination of: - lack of intervention from the staff - often noisy and disrespectful clientele - chaotic atmosphere makes it a place I personally do not recommend. I recommend spending a little more and choosing a place where safety, respect, and management are truly a priority.

13/04/2026: I come here often. The staff is always friendly, the food is spectacular, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. They sometimes organize evenings with music and DJs. I highly recommend it.

24/12/2025: A historic butcher's shop in Polignano where you can enjoy good grilled and raw meat with tartare and carpaccio as well as good appetizers such as pancetta and caciocavallo... the service from the staff is all kind and a thank you to the young Maria Chiara for the kindness in serving... recommended

05/04/2026: We had booked on Easter day for 5 people. The cleanliness was mediocre with 1 shared toilet for everyone. The food was below average!! Carbonara without guacamole but with bacon!!! We couldn't eat the veal cheeks (they didn't charge us because we told them). We definitely won't go again!! Note: The staff is very friendly!! Polite staff.

The pizza is outstanding, the pasta equally impressive. You can feel the quality in every bite and the attention to detail throughout the entire experience. Thank you for everything. It was a real pleasure to dine with you—not once, but twice in just five days. Truly an experience we’ll remember.
