Small and simple place. Benny serves from behind the counter, and a man takes your order and checks out. You pay, and they bring you the food self-service. We tried the classic panzerotti (mozzarella and tomato) and the ragu. Absolutely delicious. They have a variety of doughs and panzerotti, including vegan options. Perfect for a quick bite in the heart of Bari. I really enjoyed it. The only downside was that the first day we wanted to go, it wasn't open at the time Google advertises (7:30 pm). Perhaps it was just that day. Highly recommended.

The place has a classic and fairly simple appearance, with some options that can divide customers. Upon entry, you're given a numbered card to manage shifts and allow the staff to serve everyone more calmly. We managed to get a seat inside, which wasn't a given given the limited seating. I ordered a panzerotto with horse meat and mozzarella sauce, aka "U' Ragu." The filling was very flavorful and well-seasoned, but the dough wasn't as convincing, falling short of expectations. The service, however, was good: fairly quick, with friendly, helpful, and even very cheerful staff. Overall, it's a nice place, but in my experience, the weak point remains the food. I wouldn't recommend it, especially considering the quality of the dough.

Brilliant!! We wanted something quick and traditional, and this place was absolutely perfect. 1. Excellent products, a wide selection of panzerotti for all tastes, including desserts (which we even had for breakfast the next day). 2. Family-run, and everyone is wonderful. Benny is an excellent host; he welcomed us and told us his story, and even though it was late at night, he made us a selection of panzerotti on the spot. 3. Excellent selection of beers! Cans, glasses, and even craft beers. The fried food was incredibly light! We stuffed ourselves with panzerotti, and despite that, we had a great time! Top!

Popular with locals and tourists alike, it offers delicious panzerotti at reasonable prices, with a wide variety of options, including vegan options. You can tell the ingredients used are high-quality, and the panzerotti aren't at all heavy. They're a great alternative to a restaurant dinner, offering both savory and sweet options. Last but not least, the staff, a family with decades of experience in the restaurant and bakery business, are courteous and welcoming, creating a pleasant and upbeat atmosphere where you can spend a pleasant evening or two. Highly recommended!
