18/05/2025: I have known this place for a long time, as I had been a guest at some family events. I wanted to celebrate my daughter's CONFIRMATION because it offers first of all the kindness of the owners, the availability of the staff. As for the food, any dish is appreciated by all the guests. I was recommended a truly exquisite cake and wonderful to look at. I recommend it without any doubt, because it is really difficult to find something negative. TOP 110 and praise

20/04/2025: Adelfia può vantare di un intrigante indirizzo dove buon gusto e ricercatezza si fondono armoniosamente. Un posto che conquista per come si è accolti, aspettati e benvoluti. E soprattutto, per quanto bene si è mangiato e bevuto. Siamo a “Eden restaurant” una vecchia abitazione ristrutturata e adattata al caso nel centro abitato di Adelfia. Lo scenario è di grande effetto: una struttura al tempo stesso elegante e intima, dove il fascino dell’epoca si è conservato nel colore e nell’odore delle volte in pietra. All’ingresso c’è la cucina a vista ed in fondo una maestosa sala dai colori caldi e avvolgenti. La mise-en-place è pulita, essenziale, ma al tempo stesso gioiosa e colorata, il servizio attento e curato. La gestione della sala è affidata alla titolare che ha saputo dare un’impostazione nuova alla cucina. Una proposta portavoce del territorio che impiega i prodotti più rappresentativi.Sapori rotondi e pieni contraddistinguono le preparazioni in cui, quasi sempre, protagonista è il gioco di consistenze in armonie corali. La carta dei vini rispecchia il territorio in tutte le sue sfumature. Eleganti ed intensi i bocconi in entrata: le friselle con chips di zucchina fritta o peperone scottato. A seguire il tagliere di salumi e formaggi con confettura di piccoli frutti rossi, grande sapore, giusta sapidità e raffinatezza. Lo stecco di caciocavallo, un preparato semplice ma rivisto attraverso una bella interpretazione al miele. A chiudere, golosi gamberi in tempura con salsa agrodolce e il più classico dei piatti pugliesi, le scagliozze. Il menù presenta un percorso degustazione, 5 portate selezionate dalla proprietà a 20 euro oltre alla proposta à la carte per una cena da ricordare.

02/07/2025: Sapemore in Molfetta immediately strikes you with its distinctive and captivating atmosphere. The decor, with its characteristic style and a pop touch, creates a tasteful, pleasant and original environment, which positively predisposes you to the evening. The service was excellent: attentive, courteous and professional, the staff contributed to making the experience overall pleasant. The attention to the customer is palpable and deserves applause. As for the dishes, the impression was a bit more contrasting. Although the presentation is taken care of, some dishes were excessively salty and a bit too elaborate. It is a subjective observation, of course, but at the table we all had the same opinion. Sapemore is therefore a place with a strong character and impeccable service, which with a few small adjustments in the kitchen could become an unmissable point of reference in Molfetta.

22/07/2025: Not really. The service wasn't very friendly, and they didn't even have a proper menu. We received our food in an aluminum tray, and the bread in a plastic bag; they had no structure. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself is very nice.

14/07/2025: I went here for a family Sunday lunch. Excellent value, excellent dishes, reasonable prices, pleasant service. We ordered various appetizers, both raw and cooked, and first courses (linguine with lobster, seafood risotto, paccheri), all very good. No complaints, I'll be back.

19/06/2025: The room is beautiful but I can't review it.. I went there to celebrate my last year of elementary school and we were "served" by an external management that offers fixed menus of pizza and rotisserie. A 25 euro menu, served IN THE MIDDLE... in the center, here and there... Every now and then, they remembered to bring us something.. Terrible service and food.. Mixed fried food, cold and soft. Practically inedible!! As for the pizzas, let's not even talk about them.. Very few for how many of us there were. Really seasoned RANDOMLY!!! Poorly cooked, almost raw. Wide and white edge. Poor dough. It looked like a piadina with a high edge. So unpleasant that many were left on the tables. The drinks, if you didn't ask for them, didn't arrive!!! And, when they did arrive, they were even hot!! What can I say. NEGATIVE review. Not for the room, beautiful, but for the external service with a "truck"...

08/07/2025: Excellent pizzas at Italian prices, no tourists! Good wines and a lovely Italian atmosphere! A bit far from the center, but the walk along the Corniche in the evening is worth it. I highly recommend it!

The craft beers, the selected food, the background music, make this brewery the ideal place for those who want to spend a Sunday afternoon or an evening in peace and sipping excellent beers, and food different from the usual places. The best club sandwich in town!

17/07/2025: ...not finding anyone at the Rentaplus car rental desk, I head to the airport to reach the rental office. I pick up a ticket for any parking, ten minutes free. After a few minutes, I leave the office, get back in the car, and head back to the car return desk. The first barrier, after fifty meters, raises automatically; after two hundred meters, I find a tall one that doesn't raise. I insert the ticket, €3.90. Beside the barrier, there's a self-service machine. Luckily, there's no one behind me. Five meters in reverse, park, flashing lights, I get out, and go to the self-service machine. I see a sign saying that using that self-service machine will charge me €2.00??? EXCUSE ME FOR A MOMENT, LET ME UNDERSTAND BETTER. Two hundred meters earlier at the airport, I paid €3.90 While at the barrier, it was PRACTICALLY €5.90??? Since I couldn't drive back because I was going the wrong way, who's crazy enough to walk two hundred meters??? SHAME!!!!!

04/02/2025: Very beautiful location. But unfortunately the food isn't. I received a hamburger that was very hard and I couldn't eat it. I compliment the pasta with sauce because it was very good, but on the adult menu the good thing was the tart, the rest was absolutely not.
