It was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend trying the salmon appetizer and the shrimp and truffle pasta 🤍

Dinner at Morus, in the heart of Polignano a Mare. A refined location, a pleasant atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. Well-crafted dishes, made with excellent ingredients and meticulously presented. An overall solid experience that lived up to expectations. Recommended for a quality evening.

Both Pasqualo and Angelo provided excellent service. It's a touristy restaurant, but the quality is very high. The sea urchin pasta was especially delicious, and all the pastas were delicious! And the tiramisu at the end was worth a try. Of all the dishes I had in Italy, it was the most perfectly seasoned.

05/07/2026: Always a wonderful place for both lunch and dinner, we have been coming here for years and I never say never a disappointment, I highly recommend it to everyone, excellent value for money, impeccable service and unique location!
23/06/2026: The food is outstanding but the waiter that was attending our table was arrogant and teaching us how we should eat! The location is also very beautiful but we had the feeling that all the personnel was nervous and rushing, while there should be a relaxed atmosphere
