13/08/2024: If heaven had a dedicated sushi stand, it would surely be run by Hagakure. A culinary experience that you should try at least once in your life, because it truly leaves you speechless and with a full stomach and a whirlwind of contrasting emotions. You might even feel sorry to eat and say goodbye to certain beauties and delicacies, on the other hand after coming to eat here I don't think it's possible to be satisfied with the sushi around until you have completely forgotten these flavors (Not it's that simple, not even after years). In addition to this, the service is impeccable, the staff is super trained and very kind and courteous. I can't recommend any dishes, I advise you to book a 3/4 day holiday directly to try everything. But I can say that the Fluffy Roll has a special place in my heart, since 2021, and that every dish I have eaten tasted incredible. I LOVE EVERYTHING, and the dessert, although I thought it could never compete with the lunch itself, lived up to the expectations created because it too was incredibly good.

13/08/2024: One of the two best sushi fusion restaurants in Bari. Dishes with great attention to detail, very high quality of food, very kind staff who explain the dishes ordered well. I've been to Japan and learned to distinguish one good sushi restaurant from another; despite none or almost none of our Italian fusion restaurants equaling the Japanese quality of dishes from the Land of the Rising Sun, here you can eat very well. 31/07/2024: A guarantee for centrifuges and juices. Food, on the other hand, fails to take flight. Tried both the veal with tuna sauce and the chicken on the first occasion: good but nothing special. A few days ago I went back and we had donburi with shrimp and soba with shrimp. We're not there at all. Almost tasteless dishes. I repeat, however, that as far as smoothies are concerned, there is nothing better in Bari.

08/08/2024: Ideal for those who love pizza with thin dough and crispy edges, light and digestible. Very attentive and welcoming staff, in particular Martino, who served us with professionalism, kindness and extreme availability.

30/07/2024: Very suggestive place inside a vegetable garden on the outskirts of Capurso, we ate a platter accompanied by wine and some kebabs. The only note should be to illuminate the bathroom area (chemical) and the avenue to get there more. Very attentive and kind service

We celebrated a graduation and everything was exceptional from the first moment, the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive staff in ensuring every comfort and satisfaction. Not to mention the food in its particularity was impeccable. If you are looking for a place that meets your every requirement and is comfortable and elegant, Casale Pontrelli is perfect!

26/07/2024: Dough: with semolina? Not exactly "light", you can like it or not, it's not a "traditional" pizza. All good ingredients, but if there aren't fresh cardoncelli mushrooms, why do you serve them as fresh? If the sorbets aren't ready, why are you making me wait for them to freeze in the freezer? The service was a little distracted and detached, yet there weren't many people, perhaps the tiredness of the day was making itself felt. Prices are not exactly light: you have to pay for quality, but sometimes you exaggerate a little... Does the location make you forget everything else? No. Beautiful place, near the cathedral, but overall this pizzeria has lights and shadows. Different dough, good ingredients, but, for my taste, it is not the pizzeria I would recommend to friends who stop in Bitonto.

10/07/2024: I've tried better places in my country, not to mention the location, I ate on the lower floor and you can't imagine the stale air. After eating I asked if they had liquorice liqueur, and not having it I joked I said to the waiter, then I won't come here to eat anymore, he replied in an arrogant tone, ma'am, if you don't come we'll still work. First is last time. It was winter and I ate in the lower room and I remember where I eat.

Excellent panzerotti, focaccia from Bari, focaccia with onions and the typical bread of Terlizzi. Very friendly staff, affordable prices..

18/08/2024: Really delicious Italian food. We ordered local dishes from the menu – Orecchiette with broccoli rabe and Fried seafood specialty, and additionally we got deliciously prepared Antipasti: mussels and octopus – we have never eaten such good mussels in our lives. A restaurant with a local atmosphere, located outside the center, but with great food and friendly service. I highly recommend it to people who want to try really real and delicious cuisine of Puglia. Thank you for your hospitality and greetings from home in Poland.
