Welcoming place and kind and competent staff, as far as food is concerned in my opinion it is the best among the various fast food chains, as for the price it is a little higher than average but it does not depend on the point of sale

I ordered a beef steak, with a side of baked fries and a 0.30cl draft Raffo beer...let's just say I waited just long enough, but unfortunately I had the unpleasant surprise that the steak was extremely crispy, therefore inedible. I immediately informed Giorgia, the waitress, of the problem, and she was kind, polite, helpful, and above all extremely professional in trying to resolve everything. A few minutes later, she returned with the same dish, perfectly prepared and obviously with a quality cut, which was very pleasing to my palate. I would like to emphasize Giorgia's professionalism and skill, because I think service is 80% of the quality of a place worth returning to! Well done, GIORGIA!!! See you soon!

I always enjoy coming here because the quality of the food is higher than other pubs.
The salads are tasty and plentiful. The chicken is excellent.
The sandwiches are super large and succulent.
Good selection of beer and spicy food.
The dessert selection is also impressive.
With the app and the accompanying virtual card, there are a number of initiatives for coupons and discounts.
The price is moderately high, but the quality of the location (setting, cleanliness, space) justifies it.
You can find kids' menus with various games and entertainment and different characters.
The service concept, with peanuts provided in large quantities as soon as you enter, in the style of a city and western saloon, is a historic one.
