02/10/2025: I went there with some friends last week and we had gelato. Aside from the fact that there was no difference between the various flavors, the most annoying thing was that the gelato melted in a flash. Bottom line: we ate it quickly because it melted before our eyes, it tasted like nothing, and we had to find a fountain to rinse our sticky hands. An experience not to be repeated.

15/09/2025: We returned to this place after about a year, remembering the delicious pizzas from last time. Unfortunately, Saturday night's experience was completely different and very disappointing. At 9 pm, in the middle of the evening, several ingredients listed on the menu were listed as "unavailable." In reality, these weren't temporary shortages, but rather historic pizzas still on the list that were now served with completely different ingredients than those described. We ordered the "Cloud," one of the flagship pizzas, and were told that the tuna tartare would be replaced with salmon. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the pizza was simply sliced ​​smoked salmon: an unjustified substitution, especially considering the €14 price tag. The same goes for the other pizzas, served with zucchini alla poverella, burnt to the point of being inedible, and sun-dried tomatoes with an unpleasant alcohol odor. Furthermore, they no longer serve pizza served with scissors, a feature that used to characterize and distinguish the place: it's likely a change in management or pizza chef. The only positive note of the evening: the draft beer, along with the discount the owner offered as an apology. Unfortunately, it's not enough to make up for the overall poor quality of the pizzas. After this experience, we'll likely be returning.

09/09/2025: No tuna, no prosecco, and a €4.50 supplement for a gluten-free pizza!!! A shame, when the menu stated "no supplement"... only to end up receiving two bland, poor-quality pizzas! Probably the worst pizzas I've ever had.

20/10/2025: I hope I was just unlucky but worst focaccia I've ever eaten! - and I'm not kidding! The dough seemed unripe, burnt, rubbery, tasted like nothing! - I ate what I could only because I was hungry - then threw it all away! Never again!!!! Price 5 euros which was worth nothing!

05/12/2025: This pastry shop lost a potential customer today. This morning, I called them and, in a kind and above all polite manner, asked to know the flavors and prices of the artisanal panettone they sell. The person who answered, in a rude and almost aggressive tone, told me that this information isn't given over the phone but that I had to come to the shop directly. You understand, with all the pastry shops in Bari, coming to you on purpose after being treated this way on the phone will certainly be the last thing I'll ever do. I understand that you don't want to share your prices over the phone, but there are ways and ways to respond to a customer who, if they called, has every intention of buying from you later. I'm sorry, but you need to learn how to treat customers here and, above all, be more polite!

24/10/2025: A historic pastry shop that retains its retro look, located in a central neighborhood where parking isn't always easy. The products are fresh and delicious, as is the coffee. Very friendly staff, quick service, and, in my opinion, fair prices.

24/10/2025: Great Italian restaurant. Service was outstanding. We actually wanted to order pizza. The waiter said he'd bring us something better. And several plates with different dishes arrived. It was a feast and incredibly tasty. A very nice surprise from the staff. We'd be happy to come back anytime.

06/10/2025: The pizza is okay...nothing remarkable, but you'll find much better in town...just look for reviews on Google and you'll be better served elsewhere...because here it's a barracks! You arrive, they might serve you what you ordered if they want, they yell at you or look at you badly as soon as you make a comment, you eat if you want otherwise it's the same, then you pay and get out! What a totally disrespectful attitude towards customers! Goodbye!
