21/09/2025: Order never delivered! An hour and a half after ordering, I tried calling and was told the delivery driver was on the way and that they'd call back in a minute to let us know, but they disappeared... 20 minutes after their response and several unsuccessful calls of mine, I had to show up in person without receiving satisfactory feedback. Their response? "...the place is full"... I think it's fair enough, but: 1. If you say 'I'll call you back,' I expect a call; 2. I'm glad the place is full, but I booked you almost two hours in advance. I'd say the customer service needs work... Given the situation, I can't afford to judge the food and ambiance. Enjoy your dinner to anyone who has had it or is about to.

03/09/2025: I ordered two piadinas and was very satisfied. The packaging was very thoughtful, and the piadinas arrived still warm, which I really appreciated. The first piadina was with bresaola and parmesan: good, but a bit dry; a sauce would have been nice to round it out. The second, with chicken, was truly delicious. Overall, a positive experience.

09/12/2025: The food is very good, although some portions are too small. The location is excellent, just behind the Petruzzelli Theater.

01/11/2025: The snack bar is served through a prison-like door. Hello, thank you, or goodbye seem to be unknown. For the price, you hand over a bill and you get your ticket. Not a glance. The food is okay, nothing special, but expensive—well, it is a train station, after all. The waitresses at the café are smiling and do a good job. The toilets aren't very clean. Prices are normal.

14/10/2025: EVERY TIME WE TOOK A TRAIN FROM BARI CENTRALE, TO MOLFETTA, OSTUNI, TARANTO, ETC. DURING OUR STAY AT A AIRNB IN FRONT OF PIAZZA MORO. I DRANK AN EXQUISITE CARAMEL ICED COFFEE & A CORNUTTO FILLED WITH VANILLA CREAM . THE SALES PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY & UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS COFFEE HOUSE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

11/07/2025: Excellent for all types of events. In addition to the daily drinks, I celebrated my wife's birthday at Rever Einaudi, and I must say the service was truly excellent, impeccable, the staff friendly and professional, the food and drinks exceptional. It was a wonderful experience. Excellent

28/05/2025: We sat down at the Tivoli, outside the Bar Rever on Viale Einaudi in Bari. I immediately noticed the QR code for the menu and read the specification that seating costs €1 per person. The waitress approached and we ordered two canned teas and a Schweppes tonic. My order was served immediately, but I noticed that the tonic wasn't the one I'd requested, but a small bottle of anonymous and unknown to me. I pointed out the difference in my request, but didn't return it. The total cost of the order was €13.00, a bit too much for two cans of tea and an anonymous tonic. The service was a bit disappointing for me, especially since it didn't reflect my request.

01/11/2025: I'm sorry to write such a negative review; I've been to this place several times in the past few years and it's always been good, but today was terrible. We arrived at 8:10 PM when the tables were still fairly empty, and we left when almost all of them were empty, which says a lot, since we were served not in order of arrival, but (perhaps) in order of acquaintance. We insisted more than 3 or 4 times to have someone come and take our orders. That said, we received the children's pizzas (3 years old) at 9:30 PM, after numerous reminders. I don't know when ours arrived, but it certainly wasn't early. I was touched by the waiter, who was clearly embarrassed to hand them to us. Although I was familiar with the playground, I had never encountered children with such a level of incivility and rudeness, who obviously endangered the safety of younger children with their reckless actions. I don't consider this to be the fault of the place; However, the planned surveillance by a member of staff from the facility, who did not intervene adequately, was quite useless.

10/10/2025: Top quality/price ratio. Top dinner. Top location. Top host. I won't add anything else.

03/12/2025: I attended an event on Saturday night and it was terrible. Not much food on the plates. Terrible service. The waiters were somewhat impolite. By the end of the dinner, we were hungry.

30/11/2025: Rather disappointing service, excessive waiting times.

04/10/2025: I went to Miku Sushi years ago... now it's a confusing place... you can't tell if you're at a Chinese place, a pseudo-wok place, or a pseudo-Japanese all-you-can-eat place... Total disorganization... The food you ordered never arrived... drinks? You wait half an hour for them... DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

30/09/2025: Good sushi, excellent sashimi, but very slow service and a very limited menu. The prices are reasonable and the waiter is very friendly.

06/12/2025: Everything is good and tasty, but Filippo's empirical way of setting prices is intolerable.

05/12/2025: The prices are exorbitant and completely unjustified. It's a shame because the quality of the food is high, even though the dishes are (rightly) very simple.

21/08/2025: Just to confirm everyone's appreciation for the welcome, the quality of the food, and the reasonable price. Congratulations to the Berardi brothers and their mother, always kind and present.

27/05/2025: I ate really well, I was welcomed with house appetizers, some very fresh seafood, a wonderful fried fish and finally pizzas made to pizzas that I recommend. Also try the sporcamus. Clean and familiar environment. Big mega televisions that help. Very helpful staff. Go for sure, between Mola and Rutigliano

29/10/2025: It's a bakery that claims to sell excellent focaccia But it's not worth it.

20/10/2025: I hope I was just unlucky but worst focaccia I've ever eaten! - and I'm not kidding! The dough seemed unripe, burnt, rubbery, tasted like nothing! - I ate what I could only because I was hungry - then threw it all away! Never again!!!! Price 5 euros which was worth nothing!

11/10/2025: The food was okay, but the foccacia was hard. It was in a nice location, and the prices were quite reasonable. Be careful when paying by card, though. We paid and the lady asked us to pay again without a receipt. We were only surprised when the manager canceled the payment on his payment terminal. It was probably a fraud attempt.

27/09/2025: Perfect place for an aperitivo after wandering the streets of Alberobello. It's pricier here, given the location. Sitting right in front of some trulli and people watching. Service is fine, with the bar serving some strong Aperol spritz. Grabbed some mini panzerotti to pick at. Overall, an enjoyable stop in the historic part of Alberobello.

12/10/2025: I stopped by Pole Pole after reading the Gambero Rosso review. I must say my expectations were fully met. The location is very elegant and meticulously maintained. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The pizza is exceptional. It's delicious on the palate and easy to digest. I think the dough is left to rise slowly. The fried pastries and desserts are delicious. The staff is exceptionally kind, and the owner is a distinguished man with an old-fashioned charm. I'll definitely be back on one of my future trips. Additionally, Pole Pole's music selection is pleasantly sophisticated and harmoniously accompanies the dinner, making the experience simply perfect.

30/11/2025: Huge selection of sweets, especially chocolates. The best, in my opinion, are the specialty coffees and ice creams in the summer. The prices are incredibly high, not like outlet prices...perhaps they should do more and better in this area, attracting customers with discounts and special offers!

30/11/2025: Wide selection of quality chocolates, with something for all tastes. Prices are a bit high, but in line with the brand. Service is good, although room for improvement. Overall, a pleasant experience.
