McDonald's In Casamassima

A month ago, I ordered takeout from this location, and several portions of fries were missing from my order. A week ago, following a report on the McDonald's official website, I was contacted again by the manager of this location, who offered me a meal for the same price as the missing fries. Kudos to all the staff, and thanks again.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Our visit to McDonald’s Bari Casamassima was, unfortunately, only average overall. The restaurant was very crowded and seemed quite chaotic. As a result, we had to wait significantly longer than expected for our first order. Later, we went back in to get some ice cream. We ordered normally at the self-service kiosk and wanted to pick up our order at the front counter. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time there as well. After a while, we got the impression that our order had simply been forgotten. Only after I pointed this out to the staff was our ice cream finally prepared. While the staff wasn't unfriendly, I had expected much better organization and shorter wait times. Especially at such a well-known fast-food chain, the process should run more smoothly. The food was okay and met the usual McDonald’s standards. With better organization and shorter wait times, the overall impression would have been much more positive. Therefore, I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

The place is clean and tidy, but the highlight was the service: very fast and the staff were super friendly. The food arrived hot and well-prepared, just what we needed for a pleasant and hassle-free break. Recommended!

Everything was perfect, just as we've always been accustomed to McDonald's. The only thing I can say is, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. It's unacceptable to see animals sitting on chairs where people sit.
