30/11/2025: We stopped for a quick lunch, hoping for decent food, but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the girl who served us was very courteous and friendly, and the value for money was good. What can I say? If I return to Bari, I won't hesitate to stop here again.

27/12/2025: After an hour of waiting, I dared to ask how my order was. The lady, in the presence of other customers waiting, repeatedly insisted that I had to wait because I wasn't her customer and that I could go back to the pizzeria where I used to get my food!!! Extremely rude!!! As long as the wait was worth it with a good pizza, no big deal! Or even the BURNED pizza.

21/12/2025: Rude staff... the lady taking orders doesn't speak Italian and can't understand the customer's requests. After a mistake on the order, instead of apologizing to the customer, she rudely greeted us and asked us to leave. We definitely won't be returning!!!!!

01/01/2026: An institution in Cassano. The panzerotti and pizzas here are made with love. When they closed in October, I felt like crying. Luckily, it was just to freshen up the place!

11/12/2025: Truly an experience not to be repeated. I had childhood memories of local tradition, attention to ingredients, and customer service, and all of this was simply disregarded. Now I'll explain why: the panzerotot was lukewarm, despite having explicitly asked the owner if it was hot. No way, lukewarm. Same thing with the French fries; I don't know how long they'd been there, and they were also cold. This is not how you treat a customer, especially after the exorbitant price hike. I won't go to Nicola's again.

28/12/2025: Good restaurant at reasonable prices. Efficient service and delicious food in the evening. It's a shame my langoustine pasta was made with frozen ingredients...👎 Carafe water is extra! 👎👎👎😢 The service from morning to breakfast was deplorable. The waitress was absent; she criticized us for not sitting where we were supposed to, even though she's never in the dining room, supposedly because she's alone, even though there are only three tables. She didn't offer us anything; we had to ask for cappuccinos... At the buffet, there was no coffee in the pot, and the hot food was empty (she didn't offer us anything...😤). The breakfast was meager for a hotel at this price...

23/10/2025: The food was very delicious and the service was good. I’m giving 1 star because during lunch today, a Senegalese street vendor came into the restaurant, and after we didn’t give him money, he started insulting us. I think the waiters could have done something about it. That’s why I’m giving only 1 star — after that, the meal didn’t even taste good anymore!

20/01/2026: Good morning, I wanted to reply to the owner, explaining what happened on Saturday evening. We were a group, so we sat down and ordered grilled meat and mixed fried fish, but the answer was "no." Then we asked what was in the "My Way" appetizer, and the answer was...booooo. So at this point, we ordered pizza and an appetizer: sour eggplant parmigiana, pizzas with burnt edges but good flavor, and prosciutto crudo that was too salty. I'm sorry, but everyone at the table wasn't well, including me. We're just hoping for a bad night.

Special praise goes to the owner: he's extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. You can immediately tell when a place is run by someone who truly loves their job; their presence in the dining room really makes the difference, making you feel like a special guest and not just a customer. The pizzas are extraordinary, with top-quality ingredients and a very light dough, but it's the owner's professionalism and warmth that add that extra touch that makes you want to return. It's rare to find such genuine and passionate management these days. Congratulations, we will definitely continue to recommend you to everyone!
