07/01/2024: In centro, ottima pasticceria, con un apprezzabile pasticciotto e un'ottima selezione di cioccolatini, anche se un po cari.

05/01/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni ad Alberobello, avrei anche consigliato questa pasticceria per la colazione ma i prezzi, soprattutto il servizio al tavolo, sono un pò sopra la media locale.... in 2 persone abbiamo preso: 2 caffè, 2 cappuccini e 2 tette di monaca (molto buone) abbiamo speso € 10. Altra nota negativa la toelette assolutamente da ristrutturare!

21/08/2024: Pizza is my favorite in Barletta. They also make them with spelled and other flours. Excellent starters, I always go back, good service.

15/08/2024: we arrived at 10pm, we immediately ordered appetizers and pizzas, it took them an amazing 1 and a half hours to bring them to us. friendly staff, but too slow. plus the pizzas were very thin and lacking in seasoning. needless to say first and last time. I'm shocked...

29/08/2024: sitting at the tables and admiring the little square and watching the people walking around at all hours... I think it's a positive thing.. but if one is interested in enjoying a good ice cream it's not the right place, the service is from employee to tourist... no frills but little empathy

22/06/2024: Characteristic pub in the centre, welcoming and helpful staff, well-made cuisine. good sandwiches, homemade bread and tasty and well-stuffed burgers, you could see that they were made by them, the choice of appetizers varies, with dry and crunchy fried foods (the Sgagliozze Top) and nice terrines to share with others... excellent quality price. We will be back! APPROVED

12/08/2024: Family atmosphere, excellent service and good food is what you want to see and taste in Puglia (perhaps to make a note the rice, potatoes and mussels were a little too tasty) The owner was very nice and true to his word, when he saw us he said "2 minutes and I'll seat you" within 2/3 minutes we were at the table, excellent service. Beautiful place in the middle of an avenue as spartan as we like... congratulations! 👏

01/08/2024: Truly lovely experience. I guess this place is a hit or miss seeing some of the negative reviews it has, but my mom and I loved it. The carbonara was absolutely delicious; yes, it might seem a bit expensive but it is certainly worth it. We came for dinner here three times during our week-long stay. Sometimes service was slower depending on how busy the restaurant was, but it was always a delight to be here. The staff is really kind and the owner is lovely, he even hugged us goodbye on our last night. Alessandro is also so kind! Wonderful place :)

24/08/2024: Personnel efficace, accueillant. Très bonne cuisine de la région. Une des meilleures tables de Ruvo. Peux très corrects. Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et n'avons jamais été déçus. A recommander.

11/07/2024: servizio buono ma accoglienza pessima. Il titolare è stato molto maleducato e offensivo nei miei confronti, il quale, senza alcuna ragione, ha addirittura messo in dubbio le mie competenze e la mia professionalità, pur condividendo la stessa professione.

16/08/2024: La Puglia nel piatto. Eccellenza di pesce crudo e alla griglia, ottimo rapporto tra prezzo e qualità. Il tutto reso ancora più piacevole dalla simpatia di Giacomo e Anna. Ci rivedremo presto per una degustazione dei vostri primi piatti caserecci.

11/08/2024: Birra caldissima per tutta la serata, acqua in brocca di vetro, coca in brocca di vetro, aranciata in brocca di vetro, ovviamente sempre caldissime, scampi crudi che sembravano morti da secoli, frittura mista peggio delle gomme da masticare big babol, cucina sporchissima da incubo, la notate se andate in bagno, a proposito di bagno, arrivo con locale ancora vuoto, entro in bagno e mi accorgo che ancora prima di cominciare la serata manca carta igienica e fazzoletti per asciugare le mani….. mamma mia che incubo. Ma chi ci torna più!!!!! Voto MENO DI ZERO

28/02/2024: I have been to this pizzeria other times, after about a year I return on a Friday evening and despite myself, despite having always recommended it to friends, I discover that the quality of the food has worsened. The pizza was not at all as I remembered... we ordered a red beer, since the types of beer were also limited and the draft beer was not available, and we received a blonde beer which was really tasteless. The waiter who seemed to have started that job a few days ago... In the end we were asked if we wanted a bitter and as a choice there was only a poor quality herbal bitter and a Mediterranean bitter 🤦🏼‍♀️...for lucky that this was offered. The icing on the cake was that when we went to the cashier to pay with the debit card we were told that it was broken and since it was the weekend they couldn't fix it! Weekend...Friday evening... Speechless and I will never go back again. P.s. I don't usually give negative reviews but sometimes you also need to know what to do... and the current owner, if she ever changed, just doesn't know what to do!

27/07/2024: BAD experience. I kindly asked the owner to remake my pizza because it was clearly burnt and toasted (See photo). I was arrogantly told no because according to him it wasn't burnt but it was the effect of the cherry tomato placed on the ledge. But it wasn't like that at all, making me look like someone who can't distinguish burnt from tomato sauce. As if that wasn't enough, we found extra water not ordered on the receipt. They gave us back the €2.50, all pieces of 0.10 cents. A gesture for me made especially for my protest. I won't go back again not because the pizza isn't good because mistakes in cooking can happen. It was enough to simply do it again by approaching the customer in a different way.

10/08/2024: --- **Bad experience at Pizzeria Al Caminetto** My recent visit to Pizzeria Al Caminetto was completely disappointing in several respects. First of all, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Already on the phone, the staff were rude and hasty, giving the impression that every question or request was a nuisance. I was hoping that the situation would improve in person, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted with the same rudeness and coldness. The staff seemed disinterested and disinclined to provide a positive customer experience. As for the food, the quality was definitely below expectations. The pizzas we ordered were poor both in terms of ingredients and flavour. The ingredients seemed low quality, with an unfresh flavor and a texture that left a lot to be desired. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing, and I can't find anything positive to report. I would not recommend Pizzeria Al Caminetto to anyone, neither for the service nor for the food. With so many better options available, this is a venue worth avoiding.
