Special praise goes to the owner: he's extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. You can immediately tell when a place is run by someone who truly loves their job; their presence in the dining room really makes the difference, making you feel like a special guest and not just a customer. The pizzas are extraordinary, with top-quality ingredients and a very light dough, but it's the owner's professionalism and warmth that add that extra touch that makes you want to return.
