08/09/2025: Inefficient staff. I waited over an hour for a coffee that never arrived. When I went to the cashier, they charged me for two.

19/08/2025: The location is very beautiful and well-kept, and the bar definitely has potential. We stopped by for breakfast, but by 10:45 the croissants were already sold out, which might be a bit disappointing for those expecting a traditional bar breakfast. As an alternative, I asked for two biscuits with a coffee and an espresso, but only one biscuit arrived. I asked several times for a second one, but despite repeated confirmation from the waitress, it never arrived. The service was therefore inattentive and disorganized, and this negatively impacted the experience. It would be desirable to improve order management and expand the breakfast offerings, ensuring that basic items like croissants or equivalent alternatives are available at least until late morning. It's a shame, because the ambiance is worth it, and I've frequented this place before; I'd appreciate more attentive service.

17/08/2025: We waited half an hour for the appetizer, and then we didn't receive the pizzas for two hours, justifying ourselves by saying that the waiter got confused with the orders.

21/11/2025: Very good pizzas, excellent place, friendly staff, excellent service, I recommend it as a pizzeria and panzerotti as excellent calzones, excellent cooking, everything excellent I recommend it and also the very good appetizers and very kind and helpful waiters.

12/10/2025: The pizza. The only good thing about the place. We waited a bit to see each other, even though we had reservations. Only two waiters on a Saturday, with 70-80 people, maybe more. Even in 2025, I still see slips of loose order sheets, lost, crumpled, rewritten. The wait for pizza is notorious: 20 to 45 minutes. Appetizers are a must, so you don't drink on an empty stomach. Classic bruschetta, fried vegetables, and fries. All classic but good. It's a shame there are some cobwebs on the lights; they indicate a lack of cleanliness and attention.

09/11/2025: I've known this place for many years; I spent part of my childhood here. I've always had such a wonderful time, even celebrating important events like my first communion, and recently even choosing it for my graduation. Although the space is now smaller than I remember it being that immense and beautiful structure, it's still welcoming and pleasant. In addition to the skill and kindness of all the staff, especially Gianni and Loredana, everything was excellent. I absolutely recommend it!

29/09/2025: Four of us went, and it was our first time. Unsure of the size of the dishes, we opted for the €50 seafood option. It was a generous menu, and everything was delicious. Next time, we know we can choose a smaller portion.

21/09/2025: We visited this restaurant and, food-wise, there was nothing to complain about: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and meticulous presentation. We really appreciated the quality of the cuisine. However, we encountered a problem with the menu: the information was unclear, especially regarding prices. In particular, we ordered a tartare listed at €20, but ended up paying €35—without any explanation when ordering. I understand that there may be variations based on weight or type, but these should be clearly indicated to avoid surprises on the bill. The service was courteous, but the experience was degraded by this lack of clarity. A menu update and more precise communication would easily solve this problem.

02/11/2025: We ordered seven pizzas on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, and there was nothing to complain about punctuality, except that there were only six pizzas left at the time of delivery. After mentioning this to the delivery guy, we called the pizzeria, and here's the best part... The owner, after five minutes of chatting and hesitating about the missing pizza, delivered the missing pizza (who knows where it had ended up) cold and inedible. I called the pizzeria again, telling her I'd expected a hot pizza, since the mistake or oversight had been their fault. During the call, the lady, with a presumptuous and arrogant air, insulted me, and claimed that I should have accepted that pizza, but only after I insisted, quite annoyed, did she deliver the other pizza. Of course, I returned the cold pizza upon delivery. When you are unable to manage a business with courtesy (since the mistake was their fault) perhaps it would be time to change jobs.

27/09/2025: Pizzeria in the streets of Altamura, a 10-minute walk from the center. Traditional place, but well-cooked pizza, truly delicious!

13/10/2025: Best Gelato in Bari St. Spirito. You need to try the pistacchio and stracciatella. Never had such creamy gelato.

01/10/2025: One of the worst experiences at an ice cream shop/cafe. I wanted something tasty, but instead I found myself throwing away money (and patience). The Nutella crepe was rubbery, undercooked, and practically cold, with a spread of cream that tasted like anything but Nutella. Truly inedible. I also had some gelato, just to make sure I didn't miss out: overly sweet, bordering on nauseating, with flavors that seemed artificial and heavy. After two spoonfuls, that was it. As if that weren't enough, when I calmly pointed this out, the owner responded rudely and arrogantly, with no respect or even the slightest willingness to listen. Zero professionalism. Never again. Poor food, avoidable prices, and truly unpleasant management. Of all the good ice cream shops out there, this place is a waste of time and money.

03/10/2025: The pizza arrived fairly quickly. The prices were reasonable, the pizza was truly excellent, the table service was fantastic and fast, and the place was spotlessly clean.

18/10/2025: Unacceptable. Tourists, don't come near! We said 6 burgers, he brought a mix of everything and we thought we were making it ourselves. Bill 130€. Thieves!
