Our favorite ice cream shop in Monopoli. 100% artisanal gelato, always original flavors. I have a particular weakness for the granitas, especially the peach one.

Delicious black cherry sorbet. Excellent fruit flavors: fioroni and cantaloupe, strawberry, and lemon. Superb chocolate and coffee. Very good fiordilatte. A genuine gelato, definitely among the best in Puglia. Ad maiora!

Fresco Latte gelato in Monopoli is high-quality, made with excellent ingredients and craftsmanship, unlike any other in Italy. The price, which I've seen negative comments about, is fair in my opinion. If you want to eat well away from home these days, it's expensive, just like if you want to eat well at home. Those who recognize the taste of authentic products made the way they used to be will surely appreciate it.
