The owner, Riccardo, is an exceptional host: extremely friendly, welcoming, and, above all, extremely knowledgeable. The best dinner I've had in Castro. A decidedly superior level and a different offering than usual. The appetizer mix was EXTRATERRESTRIAL: when I show photos of dishes I've eaten in Puglia, I almost always choose these. Innovative venue, elegant and clean service. The manager is knowledgeable, welcoming, and guided us with professionalism and a smile throughout. Prices in line with the quality of the experience. If I were to return to Castro, I would definitely come back here.

I went with a colleague for lunch during the week. The owner was friendly, the staff was helpful and attentive. The food was excellent and fresh. Prices were high, but considering the quality, it was fine.
