17/05/2026: We went to this restaurant for a family dinner of four and had a truly wonderful time. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. The dishes were carefully crafted, with excellent quality ingredients and truly delightful flavors. We also loved the ambiance: welcoming, elegant, and meticulously crafted. Definitely a place we'll happily return to!

02/05/2026: Delicious. Everything was very pleasant. Excellent food, excellent service. Charming location inside a gatehouse in the historic center. The plus is the impeccable attention to allergies. I'm allergic to shellfish, but here I felt safe and relaxed, given the attention offered. Highly recommended.

20/05/2026: Don’t sleep on this beautiful fine dining experience. Make the short trip over to Trinitapoli when you are at Margherita di Savoia and I promise it will not disappoint. The owner is also the chef(not sure where he trained, but he is well schooled). We had a group of 14 and every single course (six in total) was cooked and plated with the quality of a Michelin restaurant. The only thing I regret is not having the dry aged beef and all the other menu items.

13/04/2026: An excellent experience in Noci at Al Boschetto. Convenient location and excellent service, with friendly, prompt, and honest staff who warned us about the generous portions. The appetizers are the real highlight: plentiful, varied, and absolutely unmissable, a true immersion in local flavors. The meat is also excellent; the large rib-eye steak is truly spectacular in size, yet still quite thin. Prices are absolutely fair for the excellent quality and abundance offered. It's best to book well in advance, especially on weekends and holidays.

15/05/2026: A local trattoria, well-known to Italians, that doesn't look like much, but was one of the pleasant surprises of our trip. The service is quick and friendly, and the dishes are delicious and generous. And the value for money is excellent. Simply put, we're going back tonight to try the pizzas 🙂

The flavors are intense, authentic, and perfectly balanced: every bite is pure emotion. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding and is enhanced with great skill. It's clear that behind every course lies study, experience, and a love of cooking. The added value? The owner: an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly person, capable of transforming a simple dinner into a memorable experience. In short: everything is simply perfect.
