06/05/2024: What can I say, run by lifelong friends, everything is super good and despite the years passing by the flavor is always the same. I recommend any sandwich, sandwich, pizza... all delicious, there is something for all tastes. They also have a selection of gluten free options.

08/04/2024: Good morning everyone, for me this sandwich shop is historic. I have known it for 25 years because it has good food: sandwiches, chips, pizzas, hot dogs, sandwiches, and appetizers. Finally, they are all imaginative and tasty, the bread is also good and soft. The location is very spacious with a mezzanine and they also have tables outside... plus the guys and owners are fantastic, very nice, and make you feel at ease. If you don't know where to eat, go to the Sor'Alba sandwich shop.... I recommend it to everyone!

Piacevolmente sorpresi dal rapporto qualità/prezzo: lo Ritengo superiore a molti locali più blasonati insistenti sulle rive più vicine dell’Adriatico. 31/03/2024: I start from the assumption that the staff was indescribably kind, both during the booking phase and during the service. We frequented the place during Easter lunch, and found ourselves on an authentic wellness journey! Served with delicacy and supreme quality, starting from the excellent selection of cured meats (my girlfriend, who doesn't tend to eat dairy products and derivatives, has finally "reconverted"), to the first course, up to the dessert, superb in pairings. Not to mention the very high quality of the meat, served perfectly cooked. All at a decidedly accessible and not at all high price. Indeed, the quality/price ratio definitely tends towards the former. A fantastic experience. We will definitely be back, and even more frequently!

Authentic environment with attention to detail, where you can breathe love for the cuisine and the place, which allows you to taste traditional but surprising dishes, which fascinates from the first moment for its originality, courtesy, elegance, goodness of food and.. last but not least… the hospitality of the owners! TO TRY WITHOUT A DOUBT, because I believe there are plenty of places like this. Accessible in terms of prices. Excellent indeed. Well done!

29/03/2024: È stata la serata più bella dell'estate trascorsa e non sono parole di circostanza. Un posto unico e meraviglioso in cui a parte la goduria del palato c'è anche quella dellanimo. Quest'anno ho avuto anche il grande pregio di conoscere Fabio un ragazzo che definirei un signore in assoluto.....persone che difficilmente si incontrano in questo vita. I suoi modi gentili ed affabili, la sua passione nel darmi delucidazioni sul perché, a parte le procedure di cottura, la carne è così tanto squisita ( trattasi di bovini che vivono sulle sponde dell'oceano assorbendo così la salinità di quei luoghi) ed il posto in cui ci ha fatto accomodare ha reso la serata unica. E così anche quest'anno (13 Agosto 2024) mia moglie mi ha chiesto di prenotare un tavolo durante la ns solita tappa a Lecce prima di riprendere il viaggio per le nostre vacanze al Vivosa. 24/03/2024: Five stars are few to describe this truly exceptional family-run restaurant, the food is uniquely good, one of the owners, who is also the restaurant manager, is very nice without his stopping for a joke at the tables compromising the service which is very fast and precise. Despite being a family restaurant, the decor is modern and minimalist. The place is very clean (including the bathroom). An honorable mention must be made for the home-made Padre Peppe served at the table in watering cans. If you want to have a taste of Murgia cuisine, hospitality and warmth, this place must be on your road map.
