13/04/2025: I was invited to a birthday dinner at the Il Fagiano Restaurant and the overall experience was positive. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a fascinating location: a noble house with carefully designed furnishings. The entrance with the double flight of stairs leads to a warm environment with a truly pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the small relaxation area with sofas near the fireplace (which was turned off during our visit) and the interesting area dedicated to the display of wines, which also shows the chef's courses and awards, a sign of attention to oenological and gastronomic quality. The staff was one of the strong points of the evening: extremely welcoming, very kind and always available to provide explanations and assistance, both during service and to illustrate the buffet courses. Speaking of the food, the highlight was undoubtedly the quail eggs with black truffle, freshly cooked on the griddle in the dining room: an original idea and a flavor much appreciated by all the guests. The seared tuna is also very good. Being a buffet dinner, perhaps the general presentation of the dishes was not particularly elaborate, but the quality was good and the helpfulness of the staff in describing everything more than made up for it. The wines served during dinner were good and adequate. A small personal suggestion concerns the pairing with desserts: I would have found a sweet sparkling wine more suitable than the proposed extra dry brut, to better enhance the final flavours. Outside, the garden is very well-kept, pleasant and romantically lit, creating a suggestive atmosphere. It would be perfect if there was also a small play area to entertain the children, but it is still a very pleasant outdoor space. In conclusion, Il Fagiano offers an excellent combination of a charming historic setting, impeccable service and good quality food, with highlights such as truffle eggs. A few small details that can be improved do not detract from a highly recommended experience, especially for special occasions or a romantic dinner.

14/06/2025: I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant in the center of Bari, we chose to taste the raw seafood, needless to say it is definitely the best in Bari and the surrounding area. Thanks selection of natural wines, young, friendly and competent staff. The owner Diego was very good at advising us and accompanying us during the tasting. I will definitely go back.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and instantly captivated by the stunning sea view — truly one of the best on the Salento coast. The atmosphere is both elegant and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening with friends. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, clearly prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The seafood, in particular, was exceptional — perfectly cooked and seasoned. The wine list features excellent regional choices, and the staff were happy to recommend the perfect pairing. Service was attentive without being intrusive, striking just the right balance. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout the evening. If you're in Tricase or anywhere nearby, Belavista is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return!

20/01/2025: Whenever I feel like eating a pizza I come here with my partner. The owner is always very kind, as are the waiters. What can I say...Really good pizza dough and large quantities of ingredients to fill you up, not like some pizzerias that give you paltry slices of ingredients. All adequate at the right price. I highly recommend.

09/06/2025: I was a guest of a relative who was celebrating an event and immediately the structure seemed special, nice, bright and welcoming. The appetizers, although very very simple, were tasty, the same goes for the pizza, however pleasant. Excellent service, friendly and helpful waiters. Even the DJ, although he did not have a particularly refined language, played good music and entertained the guests. But if there is one thing I do not tolerate, it is "illegal" parking attendants because I have never had a receipt for the contribution. I consider it truly disrespectful for the guests, especially because it is a private structure (not that it justifies parking attendants in public structures). Obviously, once the "voluntary contributions" were collected, the cars were left unattended, and when I returned they were no longer there!!

25/05/2025: Locale antico e molto confuso,servizio sala lento ,la cucina non ne parliamo proprio, cibo di qualità scarso ,porzioni per criceti e forse è poco,prezzo alle stelle ,come se fosse un locale di classe e non lo è per niente e una cantina per una portata 2 ore e neanche buono ,per i soldi spesi in altre trattorie ci si mangia,un calice di vino 8 euro ,dosato col contagocce vino nn di pregio ,vino commerciale, sconsigliato al 1000
