08/03/2026: A great friend and his wife recommended it to me....I ate really well....the waiting time was normal....the fried calamari was amazing....the tap water was very good....the price was normal....for me, a 9/10 is enough....I'll be back.

11/10/2025: Excellent experience. I had lunch at this delicatessen with a kitchen. The smoked and unsmoked burrata were excellent. The table service was pleasant, friendly, and provided excellent information about the dishes. I had a truly delicious Parma ham, cut into chunks. I finished with a traditional Bari-style rice, potatoes, and mussels. It was my first time trying this dish. Good.

The place is clean and well-maintained, spacious, and ready to accommodate even large groups. The outdoor area is also welcoming and beautiful, right in one of the prettiest squares in Noci's historic center. I'll gladly return whenever I can, confident in the consistent quality and service! 02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

01/03/2026: This restaurant is a must-visit when we visit Polignano. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the location is stunning, and the service is impeccable. We always feel pleasantly spoiled by the staff. We were there yesterday for lunch and ordered two appetizers, which included various seafood specialties, and two first courses: Troccoli with red shrimp and artichokes and Paccheri with oysters and sea urchin pulp. We enjoyed everything.

I don’t know how we didn’t come here regularly in the previous days. Many restaurants in Bari could be ashamed compared to them!! I wish them all the best!

25/01/2026: Orecchiette alla leccese, horsemeat stew with tomato sauce... It's practically like eating at your mom's or grandma's 😅. Rich flavors and generous portions, super-fast service, and a friendly atmosphere guaranteed. And the profiterole was a fitting end to a low-cost lunch (€20 per person) topped off with the joy of seeing so many young people working hard to give customers the best possible experience. I'll be back.

The food is absolutely fantastic and truly superb down to the smallest detail. The restaurant is the best I've had the pleasure of enjoying on my trip through Italy this year. This restaurant is a dream for every gourmet and Italy lover.

The chalkboard menu suggests home-cooked cuisine with fresh, interchangeable ingredients, and expectations are fully met. Excellent value for money. The best dinner I've had in Taviano.
