03/10/2024: Careful and particular selection of flavours, ice cream for 9, I, a chocolate lover, really appreciated the dairy-free dark chocolate, which is creamy and very intense in flavour. I tasted Foresta Nera (chocolate, hazelnut and black cherry) and Bacio, all creamy and very pleasant flavours. Crispy waffle, friendly staff, excellent ice cream shop!

27/10/2024: We went to this beautiful place, my partner and I and we had a great time! We took a mix of fried foods, consisting of meatballs, aubergine meatballs flavored with mint, potato croquettes with pecorino and potato chips (all prepared by them, not frozen), roasted octopus on a bed of ash potato cream and pepper cream for her, scottona steak on a bed of ash potatoes and fig sauce for me. We then finished dinner with an excellent tiramisu, also prepared by them, in a dark chocolate shell: everything was excellent, from the food to the service. Highly recommended!

22/09/2024: I can say that the pastry products are all excellent (pasticciotti, croissants, tarts). The only flaw, which unfortunately is worth a lot when judging a service, is the lack of friendliness of some bartenders, in particular the gentleman who is at the counter in the morning. Really unwelcoming and with a tendency to make portions for a 5 year old child if you decide to take a piece of tart, still charging quite a bit. Overall 3 stars

18/01/2025: Nice pastry shop, with a wide assortment. Maritozzi are not the classic ones but with the addition of custard. You can sit both inside and outside. Very kind staff.

11/01/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and I highly recommend it. Being celiac I was able to find gluten-free options that included the entire menu. The pasta was cooked to perfection and accompanied by excellent starters. Finally, the dessert closed the meal in style, with a truly extraordinary presentation and flavour. I would like to give a special thank you to the waitress Eva, who made the whole experience even more pleasant with her courtesy and professionalism. Advised!

06/01/2025: Today we had lunch at Locanda del Ballerino which really won us over. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail that shines through in every corner of the place. The service was impeccable: friendly and super helpful staff, as was the owner. The dishes we chose were all excellent and the presentation was also very refined. An experience that we recommend to those looking for a special lunch in a typical and refined environment. We will definitely be back!

01/01/2025: New Year's Eve lunch with a fixed menu. We left the restaurant all satisfied and I swear that we were unable to consume everything that was brought to the table. Recipes from the past and typical products of our own production. Roundup of appetizers, 2 first courses, dessert, coffee, bitters, and drinks included. Compliments to the staff. I recommend it to everyone. Quiet and very characteristic environment.

06/12/2024: Excellent inn-restaurant, truly beautiful summer location, the upper terraces overlooking the beautiful historic center of Matino! Classic and also revisited dishes, certainly genuine, in fact they use seasonal raw materials, for example, now that it is September, there are various dishes with figs. Definitely recommended! The very kind chef who owns the restaurant (there is also a B&B) makes sure that everything is ok and that the customers are satisfied. Update December 2024, always kind and excellent homemade dishes, for the winter it is characteristic to eat in the underground oil mill. You can also arrive by car but you then have to park in the square or under the main street. There is also an elevator to reach the upper floors

24/11/2024: Incuriositi dalla grande fila in attesa abbiamo deciso di acquistare cinque tipologie di panzerotti. Personale molto gentile e attesa minima rispetto alla numerosità degli ordini. Non concedo il punteggio massimo perché i buoni panzerotti sarebbero stati perfetti se fatti cuocere con temperatura minore. Forse è meglio far attendere un po’ di più ma servire un prodotto cotto come da tradizione.
