31/01/2025: On the advice of friends, having to have dinner in Gallipoli for a musical show at the Teatro Italia, we went to via Specolizzi civ. 17 at "L'Ucceria" Salento cuisine and meats and ordered two slices of angus with a side of grilled vegetables. Excellent cuisine and impeccable service. To finish, nun's tits and coffee.

06/01/2025: Beautiful dining garden, there is a possibility of sitting just by the harbour, near the water. Pasta with shrimps tasted like Spanish Paella (honestly, I was shocked, but it was almost identical) - what can be also advantage and disadvantage. It was probably made on fish broth, what should be meant in the menu, because it makes very intensive taste and not everyone will expect that. It was ok but not excellent. The second pasta that we ordered was delicious. Tiramisu had almost no savoiardi (just half of one), it was only single cream. To sum up, it was ok, but could be better.

Ottima la pasticceria una nota di merito anche a Giovanni il pasticcere. potete trovare un'infinità di dolci, gelato, torte artigianali su richiesta, come anche bottiglie particolari.. Ricchi anche gli aperitivi. Posto molto pulito e curato, accogliente. Naturalmente la professionalità dei titolari proviene da anni di esperienza nel settore.. Consigliato come posto...

Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with great attention, class and professionalism. A special thank you to Arcangelo the owner, who with savoir faire, knows how to grasp the tastes of his guests, puts them at ease and fully satisfies their every request or need. I celebrated my daughter's graduation and we were all thrilled.

I've been going there for years but it's always the same... A little too commercial perhaps... A few years ago I remembered it better. However, it's always nice to come back... Moderate price..

29/12/2024: Unfortunately, a negative experience: long waiting times between one dish and another, gyoza with prawns from the menu had to be plated but they were only steamed; I ask for yakitori but takoyaki arrives, it's the same but octopus like a smoothie in hard breading like a fried croquette, nothing to do with the original; fried rice, vegetables and prawns arrived first without prawns, then tasteless prawns were added but the dish was still too dry overall. The only saving grace is the kindness of the waitress who came to apologize several times.

01/12/2024: Honestly, I was very disappointed, I have been used to going to high quality restaurants for over 25 years, Fusion, Thai and Jappa and having eaten here at least 8 years ago I would say that the situation has gotten worse. Service like a tavern, there is no staff and the waiters have to reach out to order something, but this is common in 90% of Italian restaurants. Food well presented, but nothing particularly special. I was expecting wild salmon like the other Fusion restaurant in Lecce chose, not an All you can eat salmon. I got the seafood Ramen, which overall wasn't bad, but the supermarket spaghetti wasn't. TOO NOISY environment, I wouldn't go back for this and for the poor service other than to seat you and for the first order, after which goodbye. I hope mine is taken as constructive criticism and nothing personal. The price would have been right if the service was better.

04/02/2025: Guys, if you want to eat well, trust them! Excellent in all aspects. A little expensive, but quality is paid for and seen and eaten! Recommended.
