I returned recently, and once again, the quality of the experience exceeded expectations. ​The Location The location is simply fantastic. Dining with the sea breeze caressing your face and the view stretching across the Adriatic Sea creates a unique atmosphere, perfect for any occasion. The ambiance is meticulously designed, elegant yet welcoming. ​The Cuisine The menu is the real star. The freshness of the catch is evident in every course; the recipes perfectly blend Apulian tradition with a touch of modern creativity. Each dish is presented like a work of art, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. ​Service and Comfort The staff deserves praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. However, I'd like to offer a small, constructive suggestion: since it's an outdoor dining area, although the weather is splendid, I found the close proximity of the tables a bit of a disadvantage, making it less comfortable when other diners are smoking. It would be truly ideal if, out of respect for those eating, greater attention was given to smoking in more crowded or confined areas. ​Why choose it Aside from this detail, L'Incanto remains a reliable choice. The quality-price ratio is excellent considering the high-quality ingredients and the exclusive location. It's a true gem in Santo Spirito, and I can't wait to return to discover the new seasonal menu!

Birthday dinner with family and friends

We went to Vasco's concert and they gave us this beautiful place, the waiters were very professional and very kind, not to mention the food 110 cum laude and finally the owner is a really nice person, compliments on everything and I recommend it with my eyes closed

Overall, a positive experience, especially considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. The fish was fresh and delicious. On the downside, the service was particularly pushy (remarked upon several times during the dinner) and rushed, despite the restaurant not being a fast food establishment. We expected a more relaxed atmosphere during our dinner, but instead, everything was rushed and rushed. It was truly unnecessary and a shame, considering there was no reason to rush, but apparently people are so used to viewing customers as numbers rather than people that it's completely natural.

A lunch to remember! I went with three friends for lunch. We ate in the outdoor area overlooking the sea, and we had a wonderful morning. The staff was extremely friendly from our arrival to the end of the meal. The owner guided us through our ordering and pampered us the entire time with his kindness. We ate raw seafood and a delicious first course recommended by the restaurant owner: spaghetti with red shrimp, burrata, and yellow date tomatoes. Truly delicious. We'll be back to try other dishes and have another wonderful day. Highly recommended for the excellent quality, fair price, and excellent service.

Sublime fish, top host, and friendly staff. We are used to a lot, but this is truly a top restaurant if you love fish. Thank you, and remember, good fish isn't cheap.

We had a problem with the mixed fried fish, specifically, four out of six shrimp had a foul odor. The waiter first tried to trick us with an unlikely theory about the freshness of the shrimp, which was soon refuted when, in a now-vain attempt to apologize, he brought us two very fresh fried shrimp (two not four). A somewhat clumsy way to handle an obvious error (of course, it can happen), which, if addressed with transparency and dedication, would have earned a five-star review.
