05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

28/11/2024: Ho mangiato raramente un piatto di pasta così buono. Avevo sentito parlare benissimo di questo locale ma non ci ero mai stato e devo dire che non posso che confermare quello che mi era stato detto. Super buono, super veloce, gustosissimo. Il titolare che fa la pasta è stato gentilissimo, cordiale, consigliandomi il piatto di pasta giusto in linea con i miei gusti. Una stella in più andrebbe data per la cordialità con la quale mi ha indicato un posto libero per collegare il computer che mi serviva per lavorare. Ci tornerò subito. GRANDE.

04/01/2025: In occasione di un compleanno, entusiasti delle recensioni, ci siamo recati in questa pasticceria per ritirare una torta vegana ordinata il giorno precedente. Al momento della consegna, notiamo sgomento tra gli addetti che non sanno come trovare le parole giuste per dirci che la comanda non era stata passata al pasticciere. Eravamo senza torta e in estremo ritardo per il pranzo prenotato al ristorante. Fingendo costernazione, ci consigliano di ripiegare su una torta (non vegana) per il resto degli invitati, un surrogato bello e pronto nella loro vetrina super chic, invece, per il festeggiato (diretto interessato intollerante al lattosio), un insensato cestino di frutta su cui non è stato possibile apporre la candelina per quanto piccolo. La giornata era stata compromessa; delusi e amareggiati, ci avviciniamo rispettosi alla cassa e udite, udite, dopo il torto subìto ci fanno pagare anche la torta di cui non eravamo soddisfatti, scelta solo per necessità, una colpa imputabile alla loro disorganizzazione. Nulla da dire sulla qualità ma tanto ancora potremmo scrivere sul loro comportamento discutibile: tante aspettative, empatia e professionalità zero.

09/12/2024: Antonio, il proprietario, è molto simpatico, e sa il fatto suo. Riesce a rifilarti quello che propone. Il definitiva si mangia bene sebbene non sia eccezionale. Una pecca sono i prezzi, non coerenti con la quantità delle portate. Due antipasti (ne avevamo chiesto uno solo da dividere in due!), due primi e due calici di vino oltre 70 €. Sinceramente, dovessi trovarmi da quelle parti, cercherei altre soluzioni.
