29/12/2024: Finding fault with this place would be truly impossible. The clean, tidy and well-kept environment (the detail of particular importance was the bathroom, of impeccable hygiene!) goes perfectly with the quality of the genuine and enjoyable dishes, substantial, but not heavy. All crowned by a splendid view of the sea, with a background of very pleasant country rock music at an adequate volume. The staff are polite, friendly and competent and the service is very fast. Simply unbeatable quality/price ratio. Perfect experience, to do again and to tell ❤️

Vrlo ugodno iskustvo puno okusa i mirisa, količina, dobre usluge, te odlično mjesto za zabavu sa društvom. Osim unutarnjeg prostora ima i lijepu terasu sa pogledom na ulice Carpina.

05/01/2025: La migliore pizza mangiata a Martina Franca e dintorni, pizza con bordo alto, qualità degli ingredienti eccellente, nel menù vasta scelta di pizze tra cui alcune con abbinamenti particolari da provare, servizio attento e professionale, consigliato se volete mangiare una pizza eccezionale. Buonissimi anche i dolci.

12/12/2024: Intimate venue, atmosphere and attention to detail almost like a starred restaurant. We let the owner guide us on how to best enjoy the pizza and he offered us various tastings, excellent raw materials as well as an excellent selection of craft beers, the price definitely in line for the type of table service and the culinary experience . Highly recommended for those who want an out-of-the-ordinary dinner in a pizzeria, nothing similar can be found in the province of Taranto today. I will definitely return.

26/01/2025: Per un pranzo domenicale scegliamo questo locale che si presenta accogliente e curato. Arriviamo alle ore 13 in sala solo un altro tavolo occupato quindi siamo i primi ad ordinare spinti anche dalla cameriera che sottolinea proprio la convenienza di essere rapidi prima che arrivi gente. Scegliamo l antipasto dali’ due primi un rombo al forno. Antipasti buoni e ben presentati per il primo piatto l attesa si fa abbastanza inportante circa 40 min al che chiedo ad una cameriera se ci fosse ancora da attendere e mi viene risposto che stanno per uscire. Dopo 10 min effettivamente i cannelloni ci sono serviti: piatto ben fatto se non fosse per un pizzico di sale di troppo. In tempo abbastanza congruo ma Comunque leggermente lungo, ma vista la gente presente accettabile, arriva il secondo: e devo dire che l attesa ne e’ valsa la pena il piatto piu buono mangiato. Pesce fresco succulento saporito veramente dí qualità e gusto. Ordiniamo per chiudere un baba’ e due tiramisu che purtroppo non posso giudicare perche’ mai assaggiati in quanto mai arrivati nonostante per ben tre volte abbiamo chiesto al personale di sala ( una volta ci e’ stato risposto che c era confusione in cucina una volta di attendere qualche altro minuto e poi che li stavano preparando) e atteso per circa 30 min. Spazientiti abbiamo annullato l ordine del dessert e pagato. Conto in linea personale preparato ma, secondo me, troppo numeroso e invadente, in particolare un ragazzo forse nuovo che ci stava sopra e toglieva i piatti centrali anche senza che avessimo terminato. Servizio da rivedere nei tempi e nella presenza in sala in quanto abbassa notevolmente il giudizio complessivo dell esperienza.

24/01/2025: Locale accogliente,atmosfera rilassante,servizio impeccabile,piatti curati in ogni dettaglio, mantecatura della pasta perfetta,gusto armonioso di tutti i sapori,prezzo giustissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto,un ottima bottiglia di Elena Walch rosato,lo chef Patrono Francesco attento a tutti i suoi tavoli,da ritornare sicuramente!!.

05/01/2025: I ordered a sandwich online with various choices and all the choices except the fries were ignored even though they were paid for, the first few times one says it's fine but when it happens several times I suspect it's intentional

10/12/2024: Excellent food and very familiar atmosphere. Restaurant located in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, very easy to get to, run by the third generation of the family that owns it and founded in 1926. We were served by the waiter Domenico (belonging to the family), who treated us in a friendly manner. and helpful. We ate as a starter or first course: “Strozzapreti alle Vongole” and “Cavatelli ai Frutti di Mare” and then as a second course we served a “Frittura Mista di Pesche”, all accompanied by a house white wine. Highly recommended and if we ever return to Polignano a Mare we will surely eat there. Congratulations to the entire team that makes it up.

14/01/2025: Definitely innovative dishes but in my opinion distant from the Salento tradition, prepared and presented with care. What can I say? An experience to repeat. High prices but it's okay. The mark-up on wine is excessive.

12/01/2025: Bad impression. You can't ask for 18 euros for 30 grams of linguine with a grated (3 grams) of oysters. Shame. Pharmacy not for the healthy but for the starving. There were seven of us, when we went out, dissatisfied, we ate a dessert at a kiosk. Never again.

05/01/2025: Everything excellent. The super owner. He found a place for us on December 31st, otherwise we wouldn't have had dinner on the last day of the year.

03/01/2025: Very nice place, nice and welcoming!! Dishes that are beautiful to look at but above all delicious. The beef cheek with primitive sauce and the forgotten roast suckling pig are a real delight. I also recommend the fresh troccoli with black truffle!! Sublime!!

01/11/2024: I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant! I sampled various dishes, and each was a delight. They offer excellent wines that pair perfectly with their seafood and fish dishes. My favorite was the stuffed squid. The service was very good, and I appreciated their lactose-free options. The desserts were also a highlight—delightfully tasty and not overly sugary.

20/10/2024: Restaurant found by chance. Kind and unobtrusive welcome, but above all EXCELLENT fish dishes at the right price. Highly recommended!

25/01/2025: The innkeeper and his staff will guide you on a journey full of flavors and authenticity. The meat and cured meats they produce are excellent, as are original and tasty appetizers. Excellent raw materials. The environment is well-kept, warm and welcoming. Must try and never leave again. PS: the pumpkin parmigiana is unforgettable.
