I opted for the Pizza Genovese; delicious. Classic Neapolitan pizza; the meat was naturally melted due to the long cooking time. My wife had the Pizza ai Tre Pomodori; beautiful to look at and definitely good to eat.

15/05/2026: Best pizza I've had in Italy. Many speciality pizzas. Pasta, appetizers. Ate there 3 times in 3 days, each left full, good wines very reasonably priced. Wait staff very helpful in selections. This is the place to go! 4 more days here and we will eat here. Superb!!!!

07/06/2026: A well-deserved 5 stars for everything: excellent food, incredibly fresh ingredients, and the best fried food we've ever had—dry, crispy, and light. We then ordered linguine with sea urchins and shrimp tartare, one of the best dishes we've ever had, and we've been visiting countless places to eat. A special mention also goes to the service, the spotless bathrooms, and the attentive, helpful, yet unobtrusive staff. A truly positive experience. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area, although it would be worth the trip from Bari just to visit them again. Sincere compliments!
06/06/2026: We arrived a little late for lunch at this restaurant, relying on the opening hours we'd seen on Google (it actually doesn't have continuous hours). Despite this, we were greeted warmly and had a wonderful meal. The octopus balls (delicious) are especially noteworthy! The spaghetti with clams was also very good. Highly recommended! Both for the quality and deliciousness of the food and for the courtesy and kindness of the staff!

Starting with the food, in addition to offering classic traditional cuisine, this place offers plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Everything was absolutely tasty and delicious, and the owner is also down-to-earth and very kind. The place is warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money.
Vinalia is definitely a place I recommend to anyone.

04/05/2026: I went there for lunch for the first time with friends and family on Sunday, May 3, 2026. We were welcomed into a welcoming atmosphere and immediately felt at home. When the dishes arrived, we were delighted: I had seafood linguine, fried fish, and almond cake. I would recommend everything because everything was so fresh (for example, the fried shrimp peeled easily) and the portions were generous. What can I say: we'll be back! Highly recommended.
03/05/2026: A unique, simple, and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is located inside an old building with high ceilings. It stands very close to a former tobacco factory, closed at the end of Mussolini's reign: the village was created because of (or thanks to) this factory. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The menu, translated into French, is available online, and the dishes are photographed. Note that the lemon sorbet is not actually a sorbet but a lemon cream.
We were lucky enough to try (and thoroughly enjoyed) a homemade local digestif made with wild fennel. We highly recommend this place!

11/05/2026: A truly captivating experience at this magnificent estate: the occasion was Easter lunch, where we enjoyed the high-quality food in a setting immersed in the beauty of Salento's countryside, among olive groves and dry-stone walls. You can dine both inside and on the spacious outdoor terrace overlooking a large lawn. The owners' attention to detail, the food, and the staff, is evident throughout. I'll gladly return!

We enjoyed a delicious pasta with octopus and the pasta of the day, with garlic, oil, chili pepper, sea bream, and fried breadcrumbs. A mixed grill was also available, and to finish, a delicious caprese salad and ricotta and almond cake. The owner was very kind and even offered us freshly baked taralli and house amaro. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back!
