19/03/2026: In my opinion, a venue of this caliber should guarantee consistent quality standards over time. I had already been here for an event last summer and again last October, and I chose to return precisely because I had a very positive overall impression. The location, surrounded by greenery, is undoubtedly its strong point. However, I had the feeling that it almost exclusively focuses on this aspect, without maintaining a coherent identity in terms of the food offerings. We returned because we were satisfied with both the entertainment and the quality of the dishes. Unfortunately, on the last occasion I encountered a different level of service, which did not meet expectations, especially considering the prices. In conclusion, the cake was disappointing. We had requested something simple and classic, but the result was a dessert with an artificial flavor and little attention to detail. In the past, however, we had been impressed by the presentation and quality. In light of this latest experience, I don't think we'll return again.

The food was truly memorable: authentic and flavorful dishes, prepared with locally grown or selected ingredients. Each course expresses a profound connection to the local gastronomic culture—from the homemade orecchiette to the borage parmigiana to the impeccably cooked rabbit. The presentation is elegant but not overbearing, highlighting the quality of the ingredients and the chef's ability to enhance their flavors. The service was welcoming and attentive, making the experience truly enjoyable. It's no coincidence that this restaurant is recognized among the best in Italy and holds the highest rating among Puglian restaurants according to TasteAtlas: here, you experience Apulian cuisine in an authentic and refined way. In short, it was an unforgettable lunch: excellent quality, unique flavors, and an experience that celebrates the beauty of local cuisine. If you're in Puglia and love good food, this is a place not to be missed.

09/03/2026: Unfamiliar with the city, we asked around for a place to eat good raw fish. The exterior doesn't exactly look inviting, but once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The place is cute, clean, and tasteful. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming. The fish is extraordinary, fresh, and beautifully presented. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

02/01/2026: If I could, I'd give it 10 stars!! This little restaurant is a real gem! Beautiful, cozy, and with the best service I found in Italy. Plus, the food was spectacular. We had the steak with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, orecchiette, and a baba for dessert. The rosé wine from the region was also spectacular. Simply perfect!! Congratulations to the team!!!

We had a delicious appetizer: sagne, linguine with grouper, and burrata ravioli. Paired with Tenuta Corallo wine, it was all fantastic. Try it, you won't regret it...

17/03/2026: Beautiful rooms. We explored the other rooms too. They are all very pretty and tastefully decorated. We had dinner too. I’m very impressed with the wine pairing selection. The pork was done very well. We tried their olive oils too and bought one.

08/02/2026: I visited an olive oil factory to tour it. I received a lecture on olive oil from a female staff member. The lecture really showed the passion that goes into making good olive oil and the desire to help people understand the deliciousness of olive oil. I found my favorite during the tasting during the lecture and bought some. It's truly delicious olive oil. I'd like to come back to buy some more. When I do, I'd definitely like to stay overnight and enjoy the food as well as my stay.

You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.
