21/09/2025: Just like in fairy tales... Everything was perfect, from the villa to the service, the food, and the staff.

09/10/2025: You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients used, the fresh and light dough. Five of us dined, ordering two pucce, two piadinas, and a pizza. Everything was delicious, generously filled and incredibly light. There's limited seating and only outdoor seating, but the service is quick, and it's beautiful to dine outside on Gallipoli's main street, enjoying the summer sunset. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

08/10/2025: An absolute highlight. A very inconspicuous shop. It has a total of four tables for seating. But the sandwiches are fantastic. This is especially thanks to the freshly baked bread, which comes warm from the oven. We got the traditional sandwich to go. Five minutes later, we had to go back for a second one. Truly delicious!

12/09/2025: I finally managed to have lunch at this restaurant with my family. The tasting menu offers a fixed price, perfectly in line with the quality and number of courses. The chef, the host, personally comes to the table to chat with guests, which we greatly appreciated. It allowed us to share ideas and created a convivial and joyful atmosphere. I applaud the use of borage, both fried and parmigiana-style, which is truly exquisite.

03/11/2025: We stayed for one night in this beautiful Masseria, and what can I say? Everything was impeccable, from the service to the attention to detail. The fireplaces adorning every single room are stunning. The welcome was warm and attentive. I felt pampered from the moment I stepped inside. The food was top-notch, and the breakfast was magnificent, plentiful with both sweet and savory options. In short, an unforgettable stay. Last but not least, the splendid two-hour spa immerses you in a magical world of pampering and relaxation. My rating is 5 stars for everything. An experience worth repeating to fully enjoy the property's many amenities!

25/10/2025: The property is nestled in a large, well-maintained green area composed of several finely renovated buildings, preserving the original character of the place. The staff is all qualified, professional, and attentive to the needs of the guests. The tranquility and silence are the strengths of the place. I recommend leaving your watch and cell phones outside to fully enjoy the moments of relaxation that await you. The staff pampered us throughout, from our arrival through the spa experience and aperitif cocktail, not to mention the dinner that concluded a wonderful evening. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. If you want to unplug from a life that has become too fast, Masseria Palombara is the right place.

12/10/2025: A butcher's shop with an adjoining grill inside an old fortified farmhouse in the Fasano forest. The butcher's shop where you choose your meats is separate from the tent-like structure where you eat, so if you're unlucky enough to be there on a cold, rainy day, as I've always been, you'll have to get up and go outside to choose your meat to top up your order. The same goes for going to the bathroom, which is also outside the tent where you eat. Aside from these small inconveniences, I appreciated the high quality of the meat and the raw materials in general. I also recommend the excellent appetizers while you wait for your chosen meat to be cooked. The prices are more than fair.

12/10/2025: Not much to say, the service was terrible and the food was almost the same, the portions were small, not recommended if you want to celebrate a birthday with your family or with many people, the place was very empty and the dessert was terrible, a disappointment.

09/11/2025: Great place, very good cornetto. Prices are lower than in nearby cafes. Many Monopoli residents come here for their morning coffee.

11/10/2025: We lived a block away. Delicious coffee. The gentlemen were very polite and helpful. It doesn't look inviting, it's not a tourist spot, but it's full of Italians inside, so that says something 🙂
