We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite.
Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience.
If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.

17/06/2026: We booked a table for 1:00 PM. At 12:50, we received a cancellation call from the owner due to a power outage due to roadworks. We'd traveled many miles to come to this place for lunch. That's how it went. Disappointed and with no other options, we had lunch at a place very close to the restaurant where there were no power issues. What a shame. We would have expected different treatment from the management anyway...even an invitation to come inside (we were practically standing near the entrance when we received the call), maybe a glass of wine (or even water), and a goodbye until another time...but instead...
02/06/2026: A truly excellent experience at Dispensa dei Raccomandati. The dinner was excellent, with carefully prepared, flavorful dishes prepared with great attention to quality. The staff was professional, courteous, and always available, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing, perfect for a special evening. I highly recommend this place and will gladly return!

29/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre of Galatina, right behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina, a tourist destination of considerable importance for its frescoes known as the Salento Assistance. Having said that, I went there for dinner last week. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The room where we dined was located below the first floor entrance, a very characteristic feature with a barrel vault in tuff typical of Salento. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

29/05/2026: The restaurant is very romantic, situated in a courtyard. Reservations are highly recommended; we only managed to get in on our second attempt. It's very popular, frequented by locals as well. You really have to love meat, as it's their specialty.

I opted for the Pizza Genovese; delicious. Classic Neapolitan pizza; the meat was naturally melted due to the long cooking time. My wife had the Pizza ai Tre Pomodori; beautiful to look at and definitely good to eat.
