04/05/2025: On the journey between Matera and Alberobello, it was time for lunch, and we had to improvise when choosing where to have lunch. We were at the height of Gioia del Colle, and searching on google maps we found this restaurant. It is located on a main road, with easy parking in the surrounding alleys. The interior is small, modern and has two well-decorated adjoining rooms. The service is fast and attentive, but what we highlight is the food. To start, we ordered a chef's choice antipasti of 4 appetizers in a small format and it was a great success: the cream of peas with cuttlefish or the beef tartare sandwich were to be repeated. Then ravioli stuffed with meat with vegetable ragu and excellent canestrato cheese and orecchioni with artichoke sauce, guanciale and black truffle which was surely the best dish of the lunch. Desserts were less surprising, although equally well executed, both the coulant with soft fennel ice cream and the typical sporcamuss of the area. In short, a great experience provided somewhat by chance and which was surely the best meal we had during our 6-day trip through Puglia, even ahead of some bib gourmand restaurants!

03/05/2025: They recommended this restaurant to us among the many we were looking at online. From the first contact, the telephone call with booking via WhatsApp, I found kindness and professionalism. Yesterday, we then decided to have lunch on site, always upon reservation, and it was an excellent experience. As soon as we arrived, the owner welcomed us with warmth and familiarity. He immediately offered us water, bread, tarallini and olives as a welcome. And already here, we liked the fact that it gave us the possibility to choose whether or not to take the starter. Obviously, we ordered, as an appetizer, the grilled mortadella which immediately won us over and, together with this, we also ordered the bruschetta which arrived super seasoned. Then we moved on to choosing the meat, on which Cosimo, the owner, expertly guided us. But the thing that surprised us the most, in addition to the exquisiteness, tenderness and perfect cooking of the meat, was the owner's choice to bring us the three qualities of meat starting from the most delicate meat up to the one full of flavour. He was able to accompany us in a riot of flavors without making us bored and also making us discover flavors we had never tried, due to his selection of uncommon meat that is not easily found in all grill restaurants. Obviously, as with every situation, the bill always depends on what one chooses and desires, so I can safely say that the bill not only perfectly reflected what we had chosen, but furthermore, due to his great kindness and courtesy, Cosimo offered us bitters and coffee. In short, a fantastic experience, absolutely to be repeated and which I highly recommend to everyone. An additional note of merit to the owner who turned out to be a beautiful person, very affable, kind, thoughtful (even though he was alone in managing everything) and friendly until the end, always keeping his professionalism and education first.

25/05/2025: We are a couple of bikers and in our travel itinerary we stopped in Ostuni. In the evening we were looking for a place where we could taste typical products and despite the short notice they managed to reserve us a table with extreme kindness. The lady who welcomed us is a truly jovial and sunny person and the dishes are tasty. Absolutely to try.

04/05/2025: We had dinner as a group of 8. Elegant and silent environment, you eat comfortably because the tables are well distributed. The location is beautiful both inside and outside where there are tables for having an aperitif. Friendly and helpful staff, service a little slow, we waited a bit for the dishes. Dishes not abundant but very good. We ate really well. High prices. Large parking available. Advised.

27/05/2025: Siamo stati ad una cena di famiglia in questo locale, siamo abruzzesi ed eravamo molto curiosi di assaggiare degli arrosticini in *trasferta". Essendo molto integralisti, baso questa recensione esclusivamente sugli arrosticini in quanto, nostro limite, quando si va a mangiare gli arrosticini il resto non esiste. Gli arrosticini sono di prima qualità e davvero molto buoni ed il personale è stato gentile e cortese, molto disponibile. Abbiamo dato un'occhiata a quello che hanno preso altri clienti e i piatti, dalle bruschette alla carne, mi sembravano comunque all'altezza degli arrosticini. Dei conoscenti ci avevano detto che come prezzo il locale non era economico ma ritengo che abbiamo pagato davvero il giusto tenendo che la location è molto più che accogliente, si arriva e si parcheggia comodamente e tutto il personale ha risposto con sorriso alle nostre molte domande. Consiglio a tutti una serata all'Ovineria.

17/05/2025: Modern and welcoming location, rich menu and first choice raw materials, the quality is truly top notch. The meat was truly excellent, both in quality and cooking, I highly recommend it. Only one flaw, but in my opinion recoverable: the service, not at the level of the location, too many times we had to call the waiters for water, cutlery and napkins, with some forgetting the orders. To be seen again, but it is something that can be easily recovered, because the place deserves a lot! Recommended for a dinner with friends, corporate or even romantic!

11/05/2025: Honestly, 5 stars are not enough... I have celebrated twice, important ceremonies such as my daughter's first communion a few years ago and my son's holy confirmation today. The courtesy, the kindness, the service, the excellent and abundant dishes from appetizers to first and second courses.... The welcome, the availability and the courtesy of Caterina and all the staff are incomparable. I have returned and will return again.... I highly recommend... Very honest prices! A big hug to Caterina and her wonderful staff ❤️

25/05/2025: I'm not a huge gelato fan but this place is the only one I have made a point to return to the next day because it was so good. The dark chocolate with orange and the salted caramel were superb. I also had the lemon granita and while it was a little more sour than expected, it was really refreshing! I highly recommend it.

03/05/2025: We ordered this time through Deliveroo, but we already know this ice cream shop well... and it always proves to be a certainty! The Kinder Bueno, hazelnut and Snickers flavors are a real delight: creamy, delicious and super faithful to the original flavours. The Kinder Bueno is sweet enough, the hazelnut has a full and natural flavour, and the Snickers is irresistible with that mix of caramel and peanuts. Even for takeaway, the quality does not change: everything is perfect. The only flaw is that it ended immediately. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: I wasn't aware of this pub which unfortunately is a bit remote in the outskirts of Santa Sabina, but discovering it was a real blessing. House specialties Savory crêpes filled in various ways, formidable and light dough, highly recommended for those who have never had the chance to eat them. A truly beautiful place, cared for and finished down to the smallest detail, they prepare everything from fried foods to pizzas, to savory and sweet crêpes, from meat to cold dishes, including seafood. Very honest prices and cutting-edge service with waiters who are very careful in asking you if everything is okay and if you need anything. The manager was very nice and friendly… I really recommend, rating 10…

23/05/2025: È la prima volta che un cameriere ci chiede subito se abbiamo allergie: un gesto semplice ma che dimostra grande attenzione verso il cliente. Abbiamo ordinato il *vitello tonnato*, davvero squisito, tenero e ben presentato. A seguire, un *panino con carne di scottona della Valle d’Itria*, molto gustoso, anche se a mio parere un po’ piccolo. Abbiamo poi provato la *tagliata da 300 g*, consigliata dal cameriere, servita su pietra bollente: carne eccellente, morbida e saporita, con la possibilità di gestire la cottura a piacere. Locale ideale per chi ama la carne. Il servizio è stato cortese, la *mise en place curata* e lo *sconto TheFork del 30%* è stato correttamente applicato. Un piccolo suggerimento al ristoratore: valutare panini leggermente più grandi. Per il resto, davvero complimenti!
