19/01/2025: We chose this place for a family lunch (4), ordering appetizers, a first course and two grills for two. Abundant and very good dishes, so much so that we arrived at the second course already full. A tidy and modern place, I invite you to notice the details of Salento culture. Very friendly and helpful staff. We recommend if you want to live a true Salento experience.

20/09/2024: We booked ahead so as not to miss out on this hidden gem due to the limited indoor seats (there are also outdoor seats in the height of summer). The surroundings are intimate, a beautiful vaulted ceilinged room, filled with the best local and Italian wines. Ronnie and Danni were superb hosts for our culinary journey around the Valle D'Itria. Having no menu, taking the finest, freshest, seasonal ingredients from the region and showcasing them in small plate format. Across several courses, we were treated to local meats, cheeses, vegetables, and breads. Special mention needs to go to the buratta, the chilli Ricotta wrapped in riddled courgette, and the Martina Franca cured meats. We drank a local white wine and enjoyed lots of discussions with Danni about the sourcing and preparation of the dishes. Run, don't walk, to this excellent restaurant.

08/08/2024: We went to Ronny thinking of a good glass of wine accompanied by an aperitif but right from the start we realized that everything was really special, from the professional welcome of Ronny and his collaborator Daniela, from the surprising competence on everything, as well as from the very refined and particular setting of the place and the spectacular aperitif accompanied by an excellent wine. I can truly say that it was a taste experience of unparalleled quality rather than an aperitif. Not only do I recommend it but I warmly invite you to have an aperitif at Ronny's for its uniqueness in the genre. Supreme quality of food and wines.

26/12/2024: I was there on Sunday 22 December with my family. Everything was appreciated, from the appetizer to the dessert, and the raw materials of the ingredients were truly excellent. The restaurant has parking available for customers and is on the outskirts of the center. I recommend it.

19/01/2025: Historic pizzeria in Taviano that does not betray its fame and expectations. Even though Saturday night is a full house night, the guys are good at managing the room. The appetizers are delicious and the pizza is really special, in my opinion one of the best ever.

14/01/2025: We ordered from Buck's Inn for a takeout dinner while we were at a spa very nearby, and we were really pleased! The delivery was on time, even on a Saturday, and they prepared a variety of lactose-free dishes, responding perfectly to our intolerances. The stuffed breasts were delicious, as was the pizza, which was truly delicious! Furthermore, the girl who assisted us by telephone was very kind and very helpful. Everything was prepared with care and quality. A truly excellent experience, certainly to be repeated. Highly recommended!

02/02/2025: 5 star service. Everyone puts a lot of effort into their work. The food is good and quality. You can choose different tasting plans where you can try a little bit of everything. The price is reasonable for a seafood restaurant. Location is cozy, plates and glasses are very nice. From the outside (from the street) however, it does not look like a restaurant, so don't let that confuse you.

27/01/2025: Locale Spazioso, pulto e raffinato con ottimo servizio al tavolo. Ho pranzato domenica scorsa e posso dire che ho sentito la freschezza e bontà degli ingredienti a base di pesce negli antipasti. Anche se troppo elaborati con quel sapore agrodolce stile nordico, che a mio avviso non fa parte della cucina italiana del pesce. Ho preso 2 primi chiamati melanina che consistevano nel proporre lo spaghetto fatto in casa con il nero di seppia (con seppioline e simili) e una burratina di contorno del piatto. Si sentiva la pasta ben cucinata e fresca, ma non mi è assolutamente piaciuto ed ho lasciato metà piatto. Ho sbagliato a chiedere quel piatto perchè altro sicuramente l'avrei gradito. Abbiamo ordinato il sorbetto di agrumi che conferma la professionalità del ristorante. Posso dire di aver fatto una buona esperienza e che ci tornerei ordinando altri primi tranne quello suddetto.

22/12/2024: We went to this place on Saturday with friends, the pizzas were good, the service was fast and I would have given 5 stars if not for one inconvenience. I ordered a medium draft beer and instead I was served a glass with little beer and all foam. pointed out to the waiter, before leaving I reported it to the manager who harshly replied that they are filled up to the point indicated on the glass. It doesn't seem like the best way to treat customers by making them look like liars instead of trying not to repeat what happened

13/01/2025: L'esperienza enogastronomica migliore di tutto il nostro viaggio in Puglia! Abbiamo mangiato delle vere delizie a cominciare dai latticini sublimi ai sott'olio indimenticabili. Abbiamo comprato una scatola di leccornie da portare a casa. Alla bontà dei prodotti si deve aggiungere il clima di accoglienza e la cordialità del personale. Consigliato!
