A wonderful discovery during our stay in Puglia, so much so that we went back a second time, on a Friday evening without a reservation... The staff were lovely and did everything they could to find us a table! I ate the best pizza of my life there, truly, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Biscò!

30/04/2026: The welcome was warm, with delicious amuse-bouches and a glass of prosecco. The food was fantastic, served by the chef. This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host Giancarlo, and rightly so! Go eat here if you love delicious and authentic (Italian) food and hospitality in an intimate atmosphere. Added later: we dined there as a couple.
