For my first visit, it disappointed my expectations.
Poor pizza selection, nonexistent appetizers, and average thin-crust pizza.
I recommend the gluten-free version (for celiacs), it's truly excellent.
Quick service and reasonable prices.

On the recommendation of friends, we tried this place, and I must admit it was a gastronomic experience I'd recommend to anyone passing through Trani. The highlight is the dough: the 72-hour maturation process ensures an incredibly light and fragrant pizza. Say goodbye to feeling heavy; eating here is a true pleasure!
Not to mention the gourmet ingredients: the careful selection of raw materials is evident. From dairy products to cured meats, to extra virgin olive oil, every ingredient is of the highest quality and showcases the local area.
The setting is modern, refined, and has a great atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to their needs, making the evening enjoyable from start to finish.
If you're looking for the perfect balance between Apulian tradition and technical innovation, this is the place. Excellent value for the quality offered. I'll definitely be back!

Yeast dough, which certainly has a different flavor than flour, but the pizza is delicious and "light"; the toppings are excellent. I also enjoyed the cassatina!

Excellent pizza in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where the staff knows how to make themselves appreciated for their courtesy and efficiency. All at a more than fair price. If you're in Trani, it's definitely worth stopping here for a proper pizza!
