In an era of gourmet dishes, starred chefs and fake gastronomy, it was a dinner that took me back in time. I recommend it to you.

29/03/2025: La cucina è sopraffina, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi lo chef propone delle vere prelibatezze che deliziano il palato e la vista e mandano in estasi i sensi. Sapori genuini, di impronta mediterranea, come quelli che faceva in casa la nonna, che ti spingono ad assaggiare ancora altri piatti anche dopo la settima portata...il tutto in una location davvero molto bella, in una cornice naturale come il bosco di Noci, dove si respira aria pura e si può sentire il cinguettio degli uccelli, mentre si viene serviti da un personale molto gentile e cortese e di grande professionalità. Hanno una attenzione al cliente di livello alto. Ci siamo affidati e fidati dei consigli del proprietario sulla scelta del menù e abbiamo fatto bene. Nonostante il ristorante pieno, abbiamo potuto tranquillamente chiacchierare se sa essere disturbato dai commensali vicini. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Consigliato. Anche il prezzo molto onesy

It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.

22/05/2025: Great food and pleasant ambience. Both the pizza Caprese and the ravioli with Burrata and pistachio pesto were excellent. The waiter was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend and go there again!
