12/12/2025: What can I say? The service was friendly and attentive, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the flavors were traditional!

08/12/2025: I have been to many restaurants all over Italy, but what I experienced here is like no other. We had excellent food, I highly recommend the starter selection. All the staff were very nice and polite, they recommended great main courses. And the prices are really reasonable! Wide wine list. Cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended!

06/01/2026: After a couple of meat-based evenings, we returned to Vignale for Sunday lunch, and it lived up to expectations. I share my experience. They also resolved the dog issue, as I had booked but forgot to inform them of his presence. They explained that they usually check to make sure no one has allergies or "incompatibilities" with animals. Aside from the delicious ash-fried potatoes, which we had already tried in the past, we ordered caramelized onions and French fries, before focusing on the meat we had ordered from the butcher upon arrival. We shared among five people the various classic bombettes, breaded, with pistachio and speck, livers, zampina wheels, and finally a tagliata, medium rare, very tender. Meanwhile, a heifer steak on hot lava stone passed before us, destined for the next table, which we looked at with regret. I'll be back for it! Excellent value, I recommend it, it won't disappoint with its excellent, no-frills quality. We also found friendliness, but evidently it also depends on how one relates to others.

28/12/2025: We had lunch here today and couldn't have chosen better. The food was excellent. The potatoes under the ashes were simply delicious; they took us back to when our grandparents used to prepare them this way. The meat was delicious and of high quality. Thank you.

06/01/2026: We went with a group of 26 friends to lunch at this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Otranto on January 3, 2026. We were welcomed by Mrs. Doriana with warmth and kindness. The food and price were excellent. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: We wandered in by chance on a (very cold) December 31st, and without a reservation, they welcomed us and served us an excellent seafood dinner for New Year's Eve! Excellent value for money, attentive and unobtrusive service (despite the restaurant obviously being full).

Refined dishes, a refined and understated setting, private and pleasant; excellent service, the perfect blend of professional detachment and presence, with that touch of confidence and friendliness that helps you feel at ease. The quality of the dishes is excellent, truly delicious... the octopus with nduja cream is fabulous, phenomenal... the octopus was cooked to perfection, but in truth, everything exceeded expectations! Recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended!

22/12/2025: Just back from a 3-week stay in Puglia and Rome. A top reason we travel is for eating great food, and 3 Rane was the ABSOLUTE standout restaurant of our entire trip. The food was excellent, creative, and beautifully presented. Prices were incredibly reasonable for the high quality of ingredients and the level of technique. The intimate size of the restaurant and the host/owner(?) provides a level of personal service that made for a perfect evening. It is a "not to be missed" restaurant in Lecce—do not hesitate to make a reservation here. Grazie Mille for an unforgettable experience.

01/01/2026: I shared the artisanal dark chocolate and rum panettone purchased from Pasticceria Dolci Note with my friends. As soon as we opened the package, we were struck by the enveloping aroma of chocolate and a delicate hint of rum, which already promised excellent flavors. The texture of the panettone was perfect: soft and well-risen, with an intense moistness that enticed us to take the first bite. Each slice was a delight, with chunks of dark chocolate that melted in our mouths, beautifully balanced by the warmth and complexity of the rum, which added a note of depth and character. Among the best panettone I've ever eaten.

12/09/2025: A homey place, but with excellent service. The Salento menu is spectacular. Pureed fava beans, octopus, and horse meat terrine, along with cold cuts. This is what we ordered, but if I'd had enough, I would have happily tried other dishes. The only downside is that the outdoor tables are very close to a busy road. If I return to Lecce, I'll happily return and highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: Spectacular meat. Recommended, but only meat. We had the mixed antipasto, and the buffalo mozzarella was nothing special. However, the beef fillet was an experience I haven't had in a long time. 4 stars because we ordered two amaros and they charged us €8. We were hoping it would be free.
