17/03/2025: Delicious Roman-style pizza. You can buy pieces in different variants and try different flavors. Very nicely served on a large board and cut into small pieces. Fantastic, hot, delicious cake, amazing quality of ingredients! An additional plus for very nice service.

15/03/2025: Difficult to write a review as the experience of the 8-course menu was special. Everything was extremely well prepared and presented. Each dish was made with products that are not usual. So there were several dishes that we didn't like too much, but purely for our personal taste. I really liked this surprise menu experience, but I don't think I'll do it again. Otherwise the welcome was very warm and professional. The boss even offered us a bottle of his production when we left. I strongly advise you to let yourself be seduced, but only if you are ready for extraordinary tastings. Otherwise, prefer the local pizzeria. Enjoy your food

16/03/2025: As always, exceptional ice cream. Few flavors given the period but of great quality. These days they have the option of 3 flavors of pistachio that they make you taste. Raw and toasted from Puglia and toasted from Sicily. 3 exceptional variations.

Una delle poche pizzerie a Lecce che per la preparazione delle pizze senza glutine non usa preparati contenenti il “deglutinato” e per me che sono allergica al grano e’ importante questo aspetto! Pizza senza glutine buonissima! La più buona di Lecce! Sicuramente ci tornerò!

25/09/2024: Nonostante siano tanti anni che veniamo a Pescoluse non conoscevamo questo ristorante. Si trova un po’ all’interno ma dispone di una bella terrazza. Abbiamo cenato in due e devo dire che materia prima, impiattamento e sapori erano al top. Conto commisurato alla qualità del cibo. Complimenti

22/09/2024: Scrivo questa recensione anche se il ristorante Le Scalelle non ne avrebbe alcun bisogno. È stata una serata perfetta. In una spaziosa veranda abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Pesce fresco e soprattutto cucinato con esperienza. Uno dei pochi posti in cui è finalmente buono anche il vino della casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Fosse più vicino sarei uno dei più assidui abbonati.

03/04/2025: Locale piacevole, personale gentile e sorridente, pizze gourmet interessanti, ottima qualità, prezzi proporzionati all’offerta, unica pecca sullo scontrino fiscale perché non presentava le specifiche di ciò che abbiamo consumato c’era solo il totale. La trasparenza e la correttezza verso il cliente sono fondamentali.

13/04/2025: Really fantastic hotel, we stayed for three nights, excellent location very well connected to the city center and easy to take the motorway, well-kept room, with really all the comforts including free water in the minibar, full breakfast with everything from sweet to savory of all kinds and also vegetable juices, very attentive, kind and helpful staff, free coffee break corner 24 hours a day really appreciated, fantastic swimming pool corner, you forget you're in the city centre. The relaxation and work area is also very nice and has plenty of space for every type of need... the beauty of this hotel is that they provide every possible service at no additional cost. Really recommended

11/04/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, elegant and clean. Very comfortable bed. Fairly quiet room. There is also a gym, very well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with quality products, a wide sweet and savory choice. The focaccia from Bari is a must, a treat in the morning.

10/12/2024: Bad experience... food that tasted like it was reheated in the oven, aubergine parmigiana tasted better in the work canteen. We left almost everything on our plate. We just ran away. Not to be repeated! Luckily the ice cream otherwise we would go to sleep hungry. I don't understand all these positive reviews as we tasted 3/4 courses but all of them were not up to par. Cheese platter perhaps from Conad to say the least with commercial jam used for breakfasts passed off as cheese jam, €15 for the platter. Never again!
