01/10/2025: A very welcoming location, extremely professional staff, so much so that the preparation and individual ingredients were explained for each dish. From the appetizers onward, it was a crescendo of quality and the discovery of unique flavors. Dishes were carefully prepared, beautifully choreographed (like the caravella di salumi), and undoubtedly with passion. From the creamy ricotta to the excellent warm seafood salad, and then on to the first courses, the "maritati" pasta with sausage and mushrooms and the spaghetti all'assassina. And... last but not least, the dessert... unforgettable. Typical local dishes but with distinctive flavors not easily found in other restaurants. We discovered that the owner, a former butcher, is a culinary perfectionist with great passion, a combination that allows him to create dishes with unique flavors.

17/09/2025: We dined at this restaurant during our stay in Otranto. It's centrally located but has a unique atmosphere thanks to its natural setting. The staff is exceptional, professional, and at the same time, they make you feel at home. As for the food, there's nothing more to say other than that we were enchanted by the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. If you come here, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable dinner.

14/09/2025: This restaurant is just perfect: the setting is super pleasant, the service attentive and very professional and the food delicious. We opted for a curiosity in this restaurant: spaghetti with sea urchins: I know very well the taste of sea urchins that I ate raw, a flesh a little sweet and not very iodized. The pasta had a strong iodized taste, it was as if it had been cooked with oysters (we know that there is no oyster farming in Italy!). An original taste that changes from traditional dishes and we take that!! It was perfect.

14/09/2025: I really liked it. The food was super delicious, the service was 10 out of 10. The location was very good, the environment was very nice and intimate. It usually requires a reservation but can be solved with a waiting list. It's worth eating here if you're coming through Monopoli. The average price varies depending on what each person orders and I didn't find it excessive. If you can't find what you want on the menu, you can ask. For example, they didn't have aperol spritz or amaretto sour but it was solved. 5 stars for them.

30/09/2025: A good seafood restaurant, with a simple atmosphere and quick, pleasant service. Excellent customers include the burnt wheat scialatielli with raw shrimp and stracciatella cheese.

11/09/2025: Stumbled on this little gem on our three night stay in Peschici. Lovely people, tones of atmosphere and excellent food. Had a delicious whole fish catch of the day. Reasonably priced. Went to the much acclaimed Trabucco one night, and it was no where near as good as I Tre Arch, and three times as expensive.

19/07/2025: I've traveled far and wide throughout Italy, from the deep south to the north, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. And the best part is that I discovered it thanks to the recommendation of a real local! It's not just the pizza: the service was also excellent, especially Alessia, who looked after me; she was incredibly kind and friendly.

16/07/2025: Pizza decente, pizza più piccola del normale e con guarnizioni scarse. Servizio buono. Cassiera antipatica, non potevamo pagare ognuno il nostro e hanno fatto direttamente scontrino unico senza neanche chiedere se desidervamo dividere il conto! Non so se lo fanno con tutti ma hanno messo i soldi nella macchina per controllare fossero veri...sarà perché eravamo 3 ragazzi?? Non so come trattate gli altri ma ci è sembrato scortese

07/09/2025: First of all, it's a picture-perfect place that makes you say "wow," very quaint and located right in the center of Peschici. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable. The highlight, however, are the dishes: tartare and peppered mussels as an appetizer, followed by grilled octopus and fried fish, followed by two glasses of Falanghina wine and water. All spectacular for around €40 per person, I'd say that considering the venue, location, and dishes, the price is more than excellent.

12/10/2025: This is my second time here for dinner, and I have to say everything is delicious. The pizza is truly heavenly. The service is very friendly, but it's a shame the place is a bit small.

15/10/2025: If you're passing through Brindisi, look no further: an exceptional restaurant, far from the usual tourist traps, very reasonably priced, with a lovely shaded terrace where you can enjoy very good Italian beers and also incredibly good pizzas. We went there for lunch, without a reservation, a bit at random, and it was by far the best pizza of our vacation!
