Very nice place, prepared and very kind and polite staff, excellent cleanliness, but above all the kindness of the girl who served us after a small tasting we chose an excellent ice cream super satisfied with the choice, we will return very soon, if only there were more places like this...

Delicious gelato. The ingredients used are excellent. The Bronte pistachio, dark chocolate, and Toritto almonds are highly recommended. It's like you've never had gelato before. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience! Their "affogato" (vanilla ice cream and espresso) is a delight, and their ice creams are too. The staff are incredibly friendly, the place is small but clean and beautifully decorated... I'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work! Thank you 🥰🥰✨

I've actually never had bad ice cream in Italy. Never! I think anyone serving bad ice cream would be expelled from the country. And whenever you think, "That ice cream was spectacular," please go to Caruso! It was simply fantastic! Creamy, delicious! Wonderful! Of course, they also had espresso and pastries. Highly recommended!

10/06/2026: On our first day in Bari, we came across this restaurant, but we gave up because the line for a table was too long. People ahead of us had already been waiting for 45 minutes for a free table. The next day, we happened to find a free table. Most likely because we came right after it opened. We ordered Spaghetti all'assassina (typical of Bari) and another type of pasta. Honestly, it was ok, but nothing special to justify such a crowd and waiting for a table. The service is okay. The worst thing is the pressure when you're eating, and on the other hand, there are people standing around waiting for their turn at a table.
10/06/2026: A truly delicious carbonara is the quintessence of Roman simplicity, where the brilliant flavor comes from just a few top-quality ingredients! 🥓🧀🍝✨
