Our meal at Giuseppe’s was amazing! He was so welcoming and nice, helped us with ordering the right things. We had so much food, very good value for what you get. Delicious, perfectly cooked pasta, an array of antipasti, homemade limoncello and amaro. The staff were so lovely and caring. I can’t recommend enough if you’re in the area and would like a truly authentic experience.

Great family run restaurant, even took the anchovies out of the anchovies out of the pasta for my vegetarian husband. Well worth a visit.

A wonderful discovery. In the heart of Ceglie, OSTERIA DA GIUSEPPE is a place where you can feel at home while enjoying authentic local dishes cooked with extreme simplicity and harmony. The team is excellent. Giuseppe is an excellent host, attentive to his customers and impeccably manages the tables. Sebastiano is kind, smiling, and extremely helpful, while the kitchen staff is efficient and polite.
I will definitely return and will spread the word because it's worth it.
Reservations are definitely recommended, especially since it's always busy.

One of the best restaurants I've been to recently. What's important is that it doesn't pretend to be anything. It's homey, so Italian, and so delicious. The waiter talks to you like an old friend, the owner comes over, and you can see he's as happy as a child trying so hard to earn praise. And you don't give praise because you should... every flavor harmonizes with the other, based on fresh, high-quality ingredients. In fact, the antipasti itself provides a wealth of experiences, both in taste and calories. What follows is pure debauchery 😉

A really great place, a family-run trattoria with a limited but top-quality menu. The owner is in charge of the service, his wife is in the kitchen, and so if anything isn't quite right (which can happen even in the best restaurants), Giuseppe is always ready to fix it on the spot. I eat there at least once a week when I'm in the area, and it's always excellent, especially if you check out the daily specials.

Everything was beautiful, welcoming, and warm. We had a delicious and tender tagliata. Sebastiano served us, smiling, efficient, and discreet. A perfect place for a lovely evening, almost like being with family.

Great. I recommend it. Good food and a wonderful atmosphere. Giuseppe is very hospitable. He speaks many languages. Poles are welcome, especially from the Łódź region.
