This isn't our first time at Speciale... a unique place for desserts and coffee. Every time we've been there, we've found the staff unwelcoming and unsmiling, almost as if they were annoyed by our presence. Luckily, two days ago my wife and I were craving a good coffee in Martina Franca. Upon our return, Arianna greeted us, standing out for her meticulous professionalism, courtesy, and kindness, which, along with her smile, make all the difference. We recommend everyone follow her example! The apple pie is highly recommended... Super!
