A quaint, very clean restaurant with extremely friendly staff. The dishes are also delicious and well-presented. I'm not giving it a fifth star because the freshly made troccoli with shrimp soak up all the seafood sauce, which is also incredibly fresh. Served with dried pasta, this dish would deserve a Michelin star.

Excellent! The dishes on the menu, from the most traditional to the most sophisticated, are excellent, as are the local ingredients used. Equally excellent was the welcome from a team of professional, cheerful, kind, and approachable women. Martina, who runs this business with such passion, strength, and dedication, is simply genuine.

Authentic flavors that recall the roots. I visited this wonderful restaurant for a special lunch (but it wasn't the first time) and, once again, I was completely satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks in part to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, always attentive to every detail. The dishes are exceptional: traditional yet reinterpreted with balance and high-quality ingredients. The maccarun' a fus' with tuna and pistachio is simply extraordinary, as is the chocolate semifreddo with brownie, salted caramel, and hazelnuts, a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The wine list is also excellent, and the bread is truly delicious. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality. Highly recommended: a truly satisfying experience. We'll be back soon, again and again.

In a three-week vacation in Italy, between Tuscany and Puglia, this was absolutely the best restaurant. The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest.
