07/04/2024: I was here for the fixed menu Easter Monday lunch, but I promised myself I would return and try the à la carte menu. From what I could taste, the Easter Monday menu was particular and refined, perhaps a little less so for the second course (the capers were really too salty) and the dessert (a cake made with carrot and tasteless cream). I expected something more from the service, the waitress didn't present the dishes as another waiter did, and they didn't stop to talk to us despite having visibly openly done so with other guests

Food quality is very high, and portions are huge. Big choices on the food and wine menu. Highly recommended if you happen to be in Gioia del Colle. I'll come back for sure
