05/08/2025: Last night I wandered around Peschici and found this pizzeria and paposceria. What can I say, they were phenomenal. I tried the paposce, they were excellent, and I congratulate you on your friendliness and kindness. Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: A small pizzeria with a big heart. Located in the immediate vicinity of a very convenient paid parking lot, it offers not only classic pizzas but also the famous "Paposce"... a local specialty definitely worth trying. What can I say! Delicious. Congratulations!

11/08/2025: It was our first time at Pop Burger, and we were pleasantly surprised... and left full! 🙂 The atmosphere was refined and welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly (they even provided drawing and coloring materials for our child), and the food was truly excellent. I tried the hot dog and will definitely be back to try the burger too!

03/08/2025: This is by far some of the best food I have had in my life, and the service was absolutely incredible. Nino is the star of the show- from serving to cooking, he does it all. We told him to bring out whatever he wanted to- and what a great decision that was!! The mussels are fantastic and the bread is fresh out the oven. We ended our (very filling) 5 course meal with homemade limoncello sorbet that was to die for. I highly highly recommend this restaurant if you want an authentic dining experience!

02/08/2025: Nino is a person who warms your heart, just like his authentic, genuine food. There are very few places in the world where you can truly feel the authenticity of the setting. Il Ministero della Brace is one of them. The fresh seafood appetizers are delicious and especially the stuffed ones are fantastic. Octopus alla Luciana and potatoes, rice, and mussels are the best ever. The grilled local fish is unique. There's a dish I'd never tried before that really struck me: the grilled mussels. Thank you, Nino, for meeting you and being your host. You're a wonderful person.

13/08/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well. Everything was excellent quality and perfectly cooked. Even the dessert was homemade! The prices were fair for me. You pay for quality!

29/06/2025: It rightfully enters among the best pizzas ever eaten. Extensive menu with well-designed and tempting pizzas; excellent dough, light, easily digestible. Fresh and quality ingredients. Good choice of beers, including local, artisanal and excellent ones. Courtesy from everyone at every moment of the dinner, we felt welcomed. Location saved in the list of favorites and that I recommend without a shadow of a doubt.

04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. The price was fair, considering all the restaurant's positive aspects, especially the excellent food. I highly recommend it. Valentina & Tiziana

05/08/2025: Se ami i sapori autentici della tradizione devi fare un giro in questo locale. Ci sono stato a pranzo domenica scorsa. Sono stato accolto dal titolare persona solare e gentile. Mi ha mostrato la bellezza del locale e raccontato la sua storia e idea di cucina; per un curioso come me un'accoglienza top. Ambiente pulito, elegante e tranquillo. Nelle foto vi mostro alcune delle cose che ho mangiato. La novità per me sono stati i fichi in agrodolce, un esperienza di gusto molto simpatica. Tra i pani vi consiglio di provare la cucuzzata, in salento ne ho mangiate diverse ma questa mi ha stupito sia per la qualita degli ingredienti che per l'aggiunta di cima di rapa( unica cosa attenti alle olive piccole con i noccioli). Le polpettine fritte mi ricordavano quelle che preparava mia nonna. Il primo degli spaghettoni con occhipinti e cacioricotta, vi posso dire che oltre alla bellezza visiva la salivazione vi aumenterà per il buon profumo e per il sapore dato da quel pomodoro e basilico fresco. Per secondo la tagliata tenera che si scioglie in bocca anche se io l'ho fatta cuocere parecchio sulla pietra lavica perché mi piace stracotta. Mi son fermato al secondo perché era strapieno ma avrei provato anche altro del ricco menù. Per me un esperienza da rifare, vista anche la genuinità è freschezza dei prodotti. Continuate così !
