07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

05/01/2025: Incuriosita dalle OTTIME RECENSIONI, mi sono recata con mio marito a cena ieri sera. Possiamo solo CONFERMARE quanto scritto da altri. Tutto spettacolare... dall'accoglienza dello chef- titolare Sig.Simone, la gentilezza e precisione dei due collaboratori, la squisitezza delle portate presentate con accuratezza e mai in modo banale. Per concludere posso solo affermare che se si vuol fare bella figura con un ospite, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto.

Intrigued, we entered and to our great surprise we discovered a little hidden gem: a restaurant that offered us an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience. As soon as we crossed the back door, we found ourselves immersed in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, where the soul and flavors of the Apulian land welcomed us with warmth. What made our lunch even more special was Maria, the owner, who with kindness and professionalism was able to recommend typical dishes rich in tradition. Each course told a story made of the freshest ingredients and recipes that respect the local culture. From first courses to desserts, everything was an explosion of authentic and genuine flavours, which were able to amaze even the most demanding palates in our company. Maria, with her infectious smile and an evident passion for her work, transformed our lunch into a memorable experience, making us feel at home. His kindness and competence made the service impeccable, adding a further touch of human warmth that we will hardly forget. In summary, this hidden restaurant in Ostuni was a lucky and surprising discovery, a place we highly recommend to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the true flavors of Puglia. 08/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo grazioso locale scoperto grazie alle positivissime recensioni, in occasione di un evento per noi speciale. Il ristorante si presenta intimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, creando un’atmosfera intima e piacevole. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, la ragazza che ci ha assistito si è dimostrata attenta e premurosa, riservando un’accoglienza calorosa persino alla nostra cagnolina. Per la cena abbiamo scelto il carciofo confit, le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo, il filetto di ombrina, l’entrecôte e, per concludere, un dessert sorprendente: il tiramisù con la frisa. Ogni piatto si è rivelato un’esperienza culinaria unica, caratterizzata dal profondo rispetto per la materia prima, valorizzata senza l’uso eccessivo di aromi che spesso tendono a mascherarne i sapori. Le tagliatelle erano un perfetto equilibrio di gusto, con i sapori dei funghi porcini e del tartufo che si percepivano distintamente. Il filetto di ombrina ci ha regalato un assaggio autentico di mare, mentre l’entrecôte, richiesta ben cotta, è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: tenera, priva di filamenti rosa o tracce di sangue, eppure assolutamente succulenta, una cottura davvero magistrale. Il tiramisù con la frisa, infine, è stato una vera rivelazione: una combinazione originale e perfettamente riuscita, in cui si potevano apprezzare il gusto deciso del caffè amaro, la freschezza della crema a base di uova e l’originalità della frisa ben integrata nel dessert. Dulcis in fundo, gli amari serviti a fine pasto ci hanno riportato ai sapori della nostra infanzia: la liquirizia pura e il profumo inebriante dei mandarini freschi, ricchi di note agrumate. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal cibo e dalla cortesia del personale, e cenare in questo locale si è rivelata una delle scelte migliori che potessimo fare. Per noi, un’esperienza degna di essere riconosciuta in stelle Michelin.

19/12/2024: Ten out of ten! We celebrated my daughter's Confirmation in a magical atmosphere. The elegant and enchanting Christmas setup was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Lunch was excellent, the dishes were presented in a delicious way, the raw seafood appetizers were also highly appreciated, all accompanied by excellent quality wines. The service was impeccable. We thank Rocco and his staff for a wonderful day.

23/11/2024: Estivemos no restaurante Coppa Cicuta após a visita à igreja do Padre Pio. Era fim da tarde, 15:45h, quando chegamos ao restaurante. Pelo horário, só estavámos nós e o Mássimo nos recebeu e ofereceu algumas entradas, pois, por conta do horário já não era possível almoçar. Como não sabiamos o que pedir, ele sugeriu uma táboa de frios com queijos, bruschettas, burrata e um queijo com mel, nozes e amêndoas. Na sequência seu irmão Pio nos ofereceu um espumante rose. Ao final, provamos um Tiramissu e café e fomos brindados com um licor de produção local chamado Spinamara. O Mássimo e o Pio nos receberam com muita simpatia e alegria e fizeram com que sentissemos em casa, tudo perfeito! Estaremos aí numa próxima visita para provar o cardápio do almoço.
