28/02/2025: Beautiful place in the heart of Trani, we've wanted to try it for a long time. We tried the Estro menu, truly superlative dishes. The super-trained dining room staff accompanied us on this journey throughout the dinner. We will return as soon as possible to try the chef's other creations.

14/01/2025: God only knows how many ice creams I was able to taste between Rome, Venice, Florence, Naples, Milan, ……the list is long, all the way to Ostuni! This one is the best and will remain so: the flavors are original, very little sweet, you can taste the fruit and the quality is there. It was a treat for the taste buds. A special mention to the sisciliana brioche: a killer! Go with your eyes closed 🤩

22/03/2025: AMAZING. First of all, an enchanting place, well looked after, you can feel the atmosphere of home but at the same time you understand that the standard is high. The owner is in effect the "chef's touch". Yes, he is the one who closes the circle and stands between the environment and the practically exquisite, well-presented, fresh food. Practically perfect dishes, served at the right time, always hot. Absolutely top quality raw material and prepared in an excellent way. Only flaw? I live in the province of Naples so we are far away but as soon as I can I'll always gladly do it again.

17/04/2025: Restaurant located about 700m from the Padre Pio church. The room is large, clean and elegant. Very kind staff. We liked the dishes we chose, but we won't remember them. The first was a little salty, while the grilled one was a little disappointing, small pieces of meat and not of good quality. Average prices.

14/04/2025: Our experience was certainly positive. Excellent value for money and well-kept environment. Not the usual restaurant with a tourist menu. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer and a big applause to the owner who gave them to us to take away so we could taste the biscuits she made.

09/04/2025: Ero a Castellana per lavoro ed ho deciso in pausa pranzo di raggiungere questo ristorante...esperienza davvero positivissima e super consigliata . Ho ordinato una tagliata ed il proprietario ha deciso di coccolarmi anche con la degustazione di alcuni formaggi squisiti e delle polpette. Assolutamente consigliato .
