07/12/2025: A very welcoming, family-run place that makes you feel at home right away. We appreciated that the appetizers were served one at a time, so we could savor them without having too many flavors in our mouths right away. The pettole, served several times during the appetizer service, were truly spectacular. The food is undoubtedly high-quality and expertly prepared. I highly recommend a stop.

26/03/2026: Best food we had in Puglia, period. Everything on the table comes from what you see around you on the property. We had to buy a jar of their olives before we left, and you should do too.

13/01/2026: I was there with my boyfriend last July, and I have to say that what I ate personally reminded me of the flavors of home, of what my grandmother used to make. Since I no longer live in Italy, it all took me back to my childhood memories. The owner of the masseria shared her passion for what she does with us, leaving us feeling truly touched. What can I say...the quality and price of the food are spot on, locally sourced! As soon as we're back in Italy, we'll be happy to return :). The cheeses are truly exceptional!!! From the food to the customer service and the kindness of the staff, we tried the "il bacio" tasting option and the portions were generous and the quality excellent, especially the tartare and wild boar ragù. Plus, at the end of the meal, they always take a Polaroid and give it as a gift with a personalized dedication—a wonderful, original idea! I highly recommend this place, especially for special occasions. Young people deserve it! Thank you so much, and we'll definitely be back soon!

08/04/2026: We were there last night and it's simply heaven on earth for meat lovers. We ordered shashlik skewers and it was fantastic. I loved the concept of choosing your meat from the refrigerated display and then adding the side dishes at your table. The charismatic owner, who's behind the counter himself, makes it even better. Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: We came Don Angus by surprise when looking for a last minute dinner. It surprised us in the best way possible by the excellent grilled steak, chicken and sausage which you get to select yourself and chose how you want the streak cooked via a conversation with the chef when you enter. The food was excellent and great value. We had the house red wine which was by far the best we had during our 6 day holiday to Puglia. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Many thanks for a beautiful meal for me, my wife and two daughters.

08/04/2026: We visited Chiostro degli Scolopi and the experience was excellent in every way. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, with great attention to local, zero-mile products. The homemade breads are among the best we've ever tasted, as are the fried meatballs, simple yet perfect. The artichoke puree and crispy crumble, enriched with a high-quality olive oil, are also excellent. The sagne torte with free-range rooster ragù deserves a special mention: handmade pasta and authentic flavors. The beef tartare is fresh and well-balanced. The absolute highlight is the steak: over 1200 grams, presented and prepared in front of the guests, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a selection of salts that further enhance the meat. Impeccable service and an extremely kind and helpful owner. Highly recommended for those seeking Salento tradition with an innovative twist.

07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. We were very comfortable and a wonderful meal because everything we ordered was exquisite. The cod was extraordinary, the risotto, the desserts, everything. I definitely recommend it. 27/09/2025: I was looking for a nice place for my birthday, and I have to say it was an excellent choice!! The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other. The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs. About the chef... what can I say???!!! A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities! Well done, and congratulations, chef 😉👏

13/04/2026: For Michele's baptism, we chose the Arco Antico! The location is elegant and surrounded by greenery, with a very evocative stone structure. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing, perfect for this special event. The kitchen delighted us with unique and refined dishes...the quality of the products was top-notch!! 06/04/2026: The food at this family-run restaurant is excellent, and the service was delightful. It's one of the best places I've eaten because the kitchen is talented and they use excellent ingredients (especially for cheese lovers like me). The service was very pleasant, thanks to the owner's friendliness and also because they accept a limited number of reservations, ensuring attentive, prompt service. Even the kids (who don't usually enjoy elaborate dishes) enjoyed it. We found scratch-free parking on a side street a block away.

15/04/2026: I ate several dishes, including Frutti Mare Mix, Filletto di Manzo di Gargano, and Panzerotti. Everything was top-notch, and the Filletto di Manzo is highly recommended. I eat a lot of good meat, but the Filletto di Manzo is in a different league.

10/03/2026: We came across a small corner takeaway panini bar which was a great experience and eatery. Two spritz and a fabulous menu of small plates cooked to perfection helped us pass a lovely afternoon. They only have fresh catch of the day available! So glad we stopped here rather than a more costly restaurant. Highly recommend.

03/01/2026: At Nino's, you feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed by the chef and owner. Nino gave us excellent advice and recommended fresh catches, which is not to be underestimated during the Christmas season, as the boats leave less frequently. At the end of the dinner, we enjoyed his personal digestifs: a delightful tour of flavors. Highly recommended! An experience to treat yourself to and...to repeat!!!
