09/04/2025: Shameful. 1 spritz €7 1 coke 3 50 Aperitif supplement €3 without anyone asking or specifying anything. Since when do you pay for 2 slices of pizza without saying that you have to pay for the aperitif?! This is called a scam!! The customer is always notified first. Not at checkout. Too easy to screw people like that!

29/03/2025: I have been taking different products from them for many years now. I find the croissants and focaccias excellent. The panettone, Easter doves and bread are also excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

12/11/2024: We had dinner and slept in this old-fashioned trattoria. Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes and clean and comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast with homemade products. Fabulous jams and desserts.

16/03/2025: My partner and I stumbled upon Elvezia during our trip to Isola Bella, on the advice of the ferryman. The location is spacious, bright and well-kept, the view of the lake is extremely pleasant. We were welcomed without a reservation (however, consider that it is low season, in hot periods I would suggest booking) and treated very well, the room manager was available and willingly chatted, without ever being intrusive. The fish is fresh and treated with care, everything is delicious, from the appetizer to the fried fish (which has a fantastic variety of lake fish), to the pike perch, very delicate and well paired. Correct value for money considering the quality of the food and the location. Well done, I will gladly come back!

13/02/2025: We wanted to go to the restaurant shortly before 7 p.m., the aperto sign was hanging in the door! We were told quite rudely that it only opens at 7 p.m. Unfortunately that wasn't written anywhere. We would have waited with an aperitivo but that was probably not what we wanted. We then went to another restaurant where we were welcome. We were told to come back later. Addendum: By the way, it wasn't a Saturday!

17/12/2024: Bella la location,quest' estate avevano fatto un buon aperitivo,e abbiamo deciso di organizzare un pranzo con amici,eravamo in 25 , una delusione più totale,era stato pattuito un menù di pesce e uno di carne ,con relativo antipasto Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto che non corrispondeva a ciò che si era pattuito, paccheri con guanciale e pistacchi,oltre ad essere pieno di olio,il gusto non era decisamente gradevole,linguine tonno fresco e pomodorini,senza gusto,pesce spada alla griglia con patate, è stato immangiabile,faceva odore e le patate servite erano crude,scamone arrosto con purè di patate,non pervenuto,dopo le nostre lamentele,sono arrivate due bistecchine,scongelate sotto l'acqua calda ,dure come due suole di scarpe, purè nemmeno l'ombra..su 25 commensali sono tornati in cucina più della metà dei primi e per i secondi nessuno l'ha mangiato.. Come se non bastasse La sottoscritta è rimasta chiusa in un bagno, nel chiudere la porta è caduta la maniglia, rimanendo così bloccata all'interno per oltre mezz'ora , inutile battere il maniglione della porta del bagno contro il muro o contro la porta stessa e invocare aiuto a squarciagola.. alla fine con gran fatica e col rischio di farmi parecchio male ho dovuto scavalcare il muro del bagno arrampicandomi sul piccolo fasciatoio presente,e scavalcando il muro alto,cercando di scivolare dall' altra parte ,facendo attenzione a non cadere pesantemente,tra l'altro premetto che il bagno è quello dei disabili e dove vengono cambiati i bambini, una volta uscita da quel bagno in stato abbastanza pietoso, ho provveduto ad informare dell' accaduto, dove mi sono sentita dire che era da che giorni che il bagno era rotto e aspettavano di aggiustarlo,e che avevano sentito un rumore ma pensavano fosse qualcuno della canottieri,non c'era né un cartello che avvisava le persone che il il bagno non era accessibile ,chiunque poteva entrare . Devono ringraziare che quel giorno non abbiamo chiamato l'ASL o non abbiamo fatto partire una denuncia, l'incidebte è successo a me ,ci fosse stata una mamma con un bambino piccolo non so come sarebbe andata a finire, Dopo varie discussioni, visto il disservizio visto il fatto che praticamente siamo rimasti a digiuno abbiamo deciso di pagare simbolicamente a testa €10 x l'acqua e il vino sfuso ..

15/01/2025: Lunch on Sunday with a fixed menu with a multitude of tastings of starters, first courses, second courses, desserts. 30 euros including drinks, coffee, etc. I was definitely satisfied.

18/03/2025: Great food, beautiful presentation and good location of the restaurant. We We took risotto, polenta and tagliatta. Everything was at the highest level, the dishes were delicious. I recommend trying the risotto, it's delicious. The restaurant is not cheap, but it's worth it. The wine is also of good quality👍🍷 We were lucky and on a very busy day we managed to find a table at this restaurant.

17/03/2025: Enjoyed a couple of nice dinners here in our trip to Stresa! Great food and wine! Recommend the steak and mixed ham/cheese starter. And save some space for the deserts - they were fantastic (and I am not a desert person). Nice friendly atmosphere and friendly staff! I recommend booking a table - as it gets busy!
