08/03/2026: Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! Everything was impeccable, from the cleanliness to the welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh, high-quality products, which gave us a great start to the day. A special thanks goes to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to make us feel at home. The atmosphere is very welcoming and familiar, and we felt pampered at every moment. Furthermore, the spa is simply fantastic, a true haven of relaxation where we could completely unwind. Truly an A+ experience! We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. A heartfelt thank you!

19/02/2026: I booked this room through Expedia a year in advance. I am three months out and have realized this hotel is four hours away from where I am actually traveling too. My mistake. I bought the trip insurance through Expedia that way if something happened I could cancel and get a refund. Expedia has reached out to them and they will not refund. So I called to speak with them this morning. Let me tell you the lady that has answered the phone was so very rude. Would not even allow me to speak without interrupting. She wouldn’t even let me explain my situation. They do not do refunds if you book with a site other than their own. I get it, it was my mistake. I honestly was going to try to find a way to get there because the hotel looks so beautiful but now I am going to eat the money I paid because she was one of the rudest persons I have ever talked too. She was hateful, nasty, spoke over me while I was speaking. Not a care in the world. If I were you I would 100% STAY AWAY if you’re expecting good customer service with this hotel. I’m so disappointed in them because this was the hotel I have booked on my trip that I was most excited about and I’m just so disgusted with her phone etiquette.

15/02/2026: A family-run restaurant with excellent, high-quality dishes. Welcoming staff, ready to accommodate all your needs (including gluten-free options). The only flaw is the lack of lighting between the tables.

08/02/2026: We couldn't find a parking spot when we went in to ask for information. They didn't even say a word to us, so we left.

29/11/2025: A FABULOUS RESTAURANT. If you find yourself in Omegna, I recommend dining at Bistratto! A highly original bistro located at Via XXIV Aprile 11. Run by three friends who, by combining experience, creativity, culture, and sheer skill, have managed to enhance, with their art, what was already an ancient village structure, recognizable by its arches and beautiful stone columns, enhanced by pop paintings and graphic art, and an exhibition decor that will envelop you and transport you into their world! The cuisine is typical of the area, fresh and homemade, with expertly prepared high-quality products, served with kind, efficient service, and a high-class presence while maintaining a connection with the customer! The selection of wines and beers is very elaborate and tasty. And for those with a sweet tooth, delicious homemade desserts! A restaurant and restaurateurs who deserve great recognition! It's not easy to find so much satisfaction on so many fronts in one place. These guys know who they are and what they do. Knowing how to express themselves and, above all, make themselves understood (which is no easy feat), they manage to offer a unique and efficient dining experience, honoring their customers with cultural, artistic, and poetic entertainment, giving other artists like them the opportunity to exhibit in their spaces, and providing variety and satisfaction to their customers by surprising them with new things! I'm delighted and happy to be able to review this restaurant, which I will always return to whenever I visit Lake Orta again. I recommended it to friends who were extremely satisfied! I'm a restaurateur myself, and I truly respect what you do and admire you! Well done!!!!

14/02/2026: This beautifully renovated property, located in the historic center of Domodossola, offers rooms equipped with every comfort. What's truly surprising, however, is the kindness and helpfulness with which you're welcomed. The breakfast is worthy of a 5-star establishment, featuring a selection of homemade products. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to discover Valdossola and the surrounding area.

08/02/2026: A traditional restaurant with a bar, restaurant, and accommodations. We booked lunch on a snowy Sunday in early February. The menu features three starters and various main courses, plus an appetizer of local cured meats and cheeses. Free water and good draft wine. Helpful and very friendly staff.

07/02/2026: A step back in time, this place takes you back to the original function and genuinely rustic style of mountain huts. Very quaint. The service and cuisine are those of a mountain hut, and rightly so. If you don't like it, go to the restaurant.

24/12/2025: This is a great place! I have now been here a few times , as we just purchased a place near by. Great service and excellent croissant and cappuccino! They also have a mini market.
