18/08/2025: Our regular place in Cannobio for aperitif and evening wine 🍷

17/08/2025: The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was poor. Our starter and main course arrived at the same time. Afterwards, we wanted to order a drink and dessert, but none of the waiters paid any attention to us. Even when we wanted to pay, they didn't ask if we wanted another drink or dessert, and we waited over 20 minutes for the bill. At the next table, the food arrived before the drinks. Conclusion: Good food, poor service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

11/10/2025: Today, my son, my wife, and I had lunch at this fantastic refuge during our hike. We had two mixed platters, two polentas with mixed cheeses, one polenta with gorgonzola, and to finish, torta bliz and chestnut cake, along with house wine, coffee, and genepi. Excellent, well-prepared local products. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous, and the atmosphere was clean. What more can I say? Thank you for making our lunch special. Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: The place is fantastic, the typical local cuisine is delicious and...for a post-walk meal: PLENTY. The price is in line with other restaurants. The staff is attentive and helpful. Well done guys, keep it up, you deserve to be sold out, but...save a table for me, my wife, and Arturino!

27/09/2025: Super friendly service, and the food is simply world-class. You can eat as much as you want and order everything conveniently via a tablet.

19/09/2025: Went for lunch, mega cheap and mega good. Super diverse menu, very nice service from the staff, very nice and welcoming.

03/10/2025: We had breakfast here every day during our 10-day stay. Delicious croissants, good coffee, and good value for money. And there are some great pastries; the owner is happy to let you try them!

28/07/2025: My husband, my 5-year-old son, and I were there yesterday. The owners, Stefania and Manuel, were super kind and friendly, and the service was fast. We had an amazing truffle tartare, it melted in our mouths, not to mention the tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles and excellent speck! My son had a margherita pizza. I can only say that he even ate the crust, which he usually leaves behind... what can I say? To finish, we had the desserts, homemade, very good, the crème brûlée was tops!!! When there's love and passion in what you do, these are the results!!! Well done guys!!!! See you next time!!!

10/09/2025: We found this place almost by accident during a trip to Domodossola. It's a lovely place and the food is fantastic. The pinsa is the best we've ever tasted: the filling is top-notch and the dough is absolutely perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The scaloppine is also tender and flavorful, accompanied by delicious sautéed green beans. Definitely worth marking on your map so you can return.

31/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, with fabulous pinsa. Top-notch service, a super cozy interior garden, and a smiling and attentive team. We had pinsa, the daily special, which was polenta with braised beef, and gnocchi with chestnut flour, plus a delicious tiramisu for dessert. All flawless, with impeccable service. Everything is fresh and homemade, and the restaurant is a real gem! Next time we're there, we'll eat here again.

13/08/2025: We ate a simple piadina but were very satisfied. The prices were more than fair. The service was impeccable. Just two meters from the Fairy Lake. Recommended.

26/09/2025: Great food, perfect pizzas. Beautiful place with a view over the lake. Friendly staff. Too bad the food didn't come at the same time and was served quite quickly after the drinks. But the food is really delicious! 😍

06/10/2025: A good restaurant in the Domodossola area where you can enjoy both meat and fish menus and... pizza. Don't expect exquisite refinement and the prices are a bit high for the quality offered... but everything is justified by the proximity to the Swiss border and therefore both the food and the prices are calibrated for that clientele... final judgment more than satisfactory.

11/09/2025: There was some confusion between the dining room and the kitchen: we were told that the 1kg ribeye steak is served on a soapstone, while the 500g one isn't. A 500g and a 1kg steak were served on a plain plate, both of which looked similar. We asked at the counter for an explanation, and they told us that they haven't used the soapstone for a while (a soapstone that's also advertised on the menu outside the restaurant).

28/08/2025: For us, this is the best pizza ever. We come back every time we're in Verbania. We absolutely love it. The value for money here is more than reasonable. The pizzas are truly amazing, and the service is fantastic.

13/09/2025: We received a very warm welcome. The setting is beautiful. Our dishes, spaghetti and pizzas, were very delicious. Good value for money. A place not to be missed.

16/08/2025: My wife and I always stop at Alfonso's whenever we're in Omegna. The service is super friendly, you feel right at home, and the food is spectacular. I personally fell in love with the linguine with clams, but everything else on the menu is excellent. We've tried the pizza several times, too, which is truly delicious! After a lovely trip to this beautiful town, I recommend finishing at CAVALIERI—it's the icing on the cake, so to speak! 10 out of 10!

08/09/2025: Very nice cozy restaurant with good service. The only request: please replace the TORTELLI RIPIENI DI SCAMPO on the menu. It's beautiful presentation, but absolutely not tasty and smells like an old rag. Sorry. But nevertheless, the other dishes were quite tasty and overall we liked the restaurant.
