03/06/2025: In visita al Mottarone abbiamo optato per un pranzo presso questo rifugio che già dapprima avevo notato per le sue recensioni,già di per sé il Mottarone merita la visita,se poi ci si aggiunge anche il pranzo in questo rifugio hai completato l'opera. Arrivati sul posto,la cameriera molto gentile,ci fanno attendere un quarto d'ora circa causa locale pieno,ma dopo l'attesa,sempre la stessa cameriera ci fa accomodare e ordiniamo un menù degustazione che,come dalla foto prevede più tipologie di condimenti. Personalmente non posso che dare giudizio positivo per tutti i condimenti,anche per chi era con me,così come già suddetto per la cameriera che ci ha serviti ed anche il conto,molto onesto,quindi lo consiglio vivamente.

22/06/2025: Both the village and the structure are charming and authentic. The cuisine and hospitality of the owners make you feel at home. After half a day of excursions, we rested and spent the afternoon chatting and drinking a few beers. The rooster that woke you up at 5 in the morning was delicious. Highly recommended. 24/07/2025: Great restaurant, friendly service, and excellent food. We arrived hours later than planned due to traffic, so we only arrived half an hour before closing time. The kitchen reopened especially for us, and we enjoyed excellent pizzas. The wines were also delicious! Due to the bad weather, we stayed a little longer with some guests, enjoying a glass of wine, limoncello, and a delicious plate of pasta. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; we felt very welcome. We highly recommend this place!

13/07/2025: We had lunch. The staff were friendly, all young. The cuisine was home-style, with excellent cured meats and cheeses, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and the mushrooms were frozen, but delicious. Good value for money.

26/06/2025: Kindness and courtesy, and the spectacular cuisine, we ate exceptional braised ravioli and braised meat with polenta! A little expensive but worth it.

18/03/2025: Questo ristorante si trova nel centro storico alto di Baveno……verrete accolti dalla cordialità dei proprietari e della gentilissima cameriera . Porzioni minuscole ma ben eseguite dall’antipasto al dolce . Superlativa la ricciola , golosissima la panna cotta 🍮.Ci ritorneremo appena possibile !

26/06/2025: When you arrive in front of the restaurant, there is already a lovely atmosphere with a terrace and its fairy lights. We ate in the veranda, which was very pleasant because it was airy. The service was impeccable and the waiter went to great lengths to translate the different menu options for us, all of which were very tempting. We finally opted for a delicious starter and two equally good pizzas. There was a great atmosphere in this restaurant, we could hear singing in the kitchen and the service was always attentive and very kind. This is an address that we will keep in our notebook because it is with great pleasure that we will return there on a future visit to Omegna. Thank you for this pleasant evening spent with you

11/06/2025: Mediocre lunch considering that they served as a second course either ribs or meatballs, with a side of chips that were very hard and red because they had been refried several times given how they looked, the price was good

A large varied menu with many typical dishes, it also offers fixed-price lunches of 35 euros in which there are three abundant main courses with quality products. The service is attentive and courteous. The environment is spacious and bright, large internal and external rooms. A restaurant that is worth a visit to taste the delicious dishes. Recommended

07/07/2025: The owner is a huge rude, impolite and intrusive. While we were in his bar (with our small children) he interrupted our conversation and started swearing like a dockworker, thinking he was being funny. When we pointed it out to him, he first denied the evidence, then, like a true gentleman, instead of apologizing he insulted us. We definitely do not recommend this establishment.

30/07/2025: My girlfriend and I came a day before our dinner unfortunately they were about to close, but a young gentleman @Jacopo took my name without put it in theirs system for a reservation next day at 8 pm, and he did remember so we did got our reservation next day, and it was a 🔥 experience i love it, the atmosphere its magic, i know everyone wants a lake view,but this restaurant its a great place to have a couples night ♥️ love it!!!🍷😍

29/07/2025: The restaurant is located in the courtyard of an old townhouse and is very nicely decorated. It serves mostly meat, which we actually like. We opted for the meat with bones for two people. Two major drawbacks: we waited 1.5 hours for it; if we'd been told, we would have chosen something else. When the platter arrived, it came with 10 slices of potatoes and three small spoonfuls of vegetables as a side dish for two people.

30/06/2025: Hai fatto 4 passi svizzeri con la moto, vorresti fermarti un attimo per bere qualcosa e allora ti fermi nel primo posto che capita sulla strada. Entri in un locale guardato come un marziano perchè sei forestiero ma soprattutto perchè non chiedi birra e vino ma chiedi acqua e bibite per rinfrescarti, e qua salta tutto: battute simpatiche , proprietario divertente e divertito che ci offre un tagliere di salumi, simpatia e accoglienza e....sicuramente torneremo per una cena conviviale con più tranquillità, divertirci come matti e magari fermarci per la notte. Bravissimi davvero complimenti per tutto
