Congratulations.
02/11/2025: A very quiet restaurant. We came on Sunday for lunch. The first and second courses were always different and very tasty. Generous portions and very reasonable prices!
As soon as we entered, a very kind lady greeted us and listed the dishes of the day.
The pumpkin and sausage risotto and fig and walnut cake were delicious.
We'll definitely be back.

26/12/2025: We dined at the restaurant for lunch on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025. In addition to the à la carte menu, they offered a lovely Christmas set menu with accompanying wines, which we ordered. Including the amuse-bouche, it consisted of seven courses, coffee, Prosecco, and wine.
The portion sizes were perfectly suited to the menu's size.
A beautiful blend of traditional and modern elements, perfect for the occasion.
The service was very friendly and attentive, and all the dishes were delicious. Everything was very professional.
We will definitely be back!

28/12/2025: Excellent pastry shop where you can find both small pastries and classic cakes! You can order cakes for birthdays or special occasions! You can also find chocolates, jams, and various types of honey! At Easter, you can order eggs with the option of adding personalized surprises! There's also a small café next door, so you can have breakfast with a cappuccino and an excellent croissant, or even an afternoon tea with delicious sweets! The Pinton family (Davide with his parents Luciano and the adorable Nella) will satisfy every sweet request!!!
03/10/2025: We had breakfast here every day during our 10-day stay. Delicious croissants, good coffee, and good value for money. And there are some great pastries; the owner is happy to let you try them!

28/09/2025: We had a fabulous time!🤩👌. I want to thank all the staff of Lido for making our day memorable🫶🥰👍. This is the kind of place were the owners treats you like an old friend, you could tell they really care about their guests and love what they do 😍💓(we even snapped a few pics 📸😉). The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Chef came out to our table and made excellent recommendations! 👨🍳👌That made our Lunch extra special. We enjoyed our delicious freshly made food and the presentation was superb.🍽🍷🎉
Great atmosphere and the stunning views of Lake Maggiore is amazing. 🎷🎼🎷🏞🛶🏝

23/03/2026: A lovely experience in Stresa, a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Original dishes for the main courses, as well as the classic first courses. A warm welcome, definitely worth a visit!
17/03/2026: Staff was really engaged on getting us what we needed, super nice. However I must admit the food itself was a bit disappointing. Pasta didn’t have a good texture neither one could feel the flavors intended from the ingredients. Desert was also over-sweet. Not bad of course but far below expectations.

02/12/2025: Excellent food, refined flavors, and a fresh take on traditional dishes. Everything was excellent; I recommend the tagliatelle made with nettles and seasoned with porcini mushrooms.
15/11/2025: It's an authentic place where the welcome and the quality of the meal are exceptional. After a few mixed experiences in Calabria, we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

The atmosphere is a bit chaotic when there are lots of people, but otherwise quite good.

05/11/2025: True hospitality in a small hotel with a big heart. Just 2 km from Stresa, it has parking and a private beach, excellently soundproofed rooms, and a breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, cured meats and cheeses, and freshly cooked eggs.
The staff are friendly and professional, both in their welcome, room cleaning, and breakfast service. Congratulations, we'll be back!

A bit noisy on weekdays, right on the street. Parking is available across the street. Staff and manager are friendly and accommodating. They always try to accommodate.
Approximately 2 km to Stresa, not recommended for walking.
No continuous sidewalk. Part of the way is on the street.

01/03/2026: We went last night with friends and had excellent buffalo mozzarella pizza, made with quality ingredients, a tartare, very good seafood pasta, and excellent fried cuttlefish with battered vegetables. Prices were reasonable.
It was crowded, but we were served quickly and attentively. We'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: A great place in Intra, on Lake Maggiore, to spend the afternoon enjoying an aperitivo with friends (€8 including a drink). They have a wide selection of drinks and cocktails, some of which are quite unique. I tried the passion fruit spritz, which was really good! Recommended.
18/10/2025: For an aperitif, I recommend you stop here
