Excellent value for money! The grilled meat was superb, and the wood-fired pizzas were very good. The staff, both owners and waitresses, were very welcoming, although one of the waitresses seemed a little less attentive. For such a touristy area, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality is a real surprise. The restrooms are also very clean.

We returned to this restaurant and had a great time. We ate excellent mixed fried fish, a delicious pizza, a good ragù pasta dish, and some delicious desserts. The staff were very friendly, and we will return again.

We visited this restaurant and were surprised by the quality of the pizza—thin and crispy, light, and well-topped—and by the perfection of the roast fish, which was truly excellent. Fast service and a good value for money.

Recommended by the hotel glad they recommended it. I had the salmon with potatoes. It was very good. Also, the special the lobster pasta, which was also good but the best was the ricotta chocolate cake one of the best I’ve ever had moderately priced.

Excellent restaurant, good and friendly service. I had the grilled fish with a side order of grilled vegetables, well prepaired and tasty. Nice view of the lake, until a suv parked and blocked the view. Ouw second time my girlfriend had the pumpkin tagliatelle, very tasty. Ihad the lambchops, very well grilled, baked potatoes very nice.

We had a lovely lunch here. Excellent choice of pizzas, all reasonably priced. Alcoholic drinks also well priced. Lake side view with inside and outside dinning. Very enjoyable atmosphere.

18/08/2026: I had lunch at noon on August 18th. Excellent experience. But I have two comments for the managers. 1) I asked to have lunch inside the restaurant. The person welcoming me warned me that it was hot inside. I said that I read on the website that the restaurant was air conditioned. "Yes, there is air conditioning, but it's not working." I think there's some inconsistency in all this (For the record: it was comfortable inside, it wasn't hot). 2) Dessert: I chose a bonet. Truly excellent! But why serve it in a cubic glass container with a small circular opening? Very uncomfortable.
03/08/2026: We always have a good time at Osteria del Mercante, a welcoming place, the food is good, and the staff is friendly, the owner is always willing to tell you how and where he makes his wine, and then the bill is fair, and in line with what you eat, recommended for lunches and dinners, reservations are recommended.

07/08/2026: You don't pay coperto for the toasties and paninis which is a bonus. Good service and nice food.
05/08/2026: I stopped at this lakeside bar for a refreshing break and ordered a fruit bowl. Having a histamine intolerance, I explained my needs before ordering. The staff listened carefully, accommodated my request with kindness, and prepared the bowl according to my requests, without making me feel uncomfortable. It may seem like a simple gesture, but for those living with a food intolerance, it really makes a difference. Being listened to and finding attentive staff is an added value that deserves to be recognized. Congratulations for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. I will gladly return!
