08/02/2026: I accidentally booked a table at this unfamiliar restaurant, trusting my instincts. I discovered that under the previous owner, the restaurant had a Michelin star. Now run by three young men, it has certainly lost nothing: service, cuisine, presentation, ambiance, and menu are absolutely up to the level of a Michelin star. The prices, however, are not, and are at a normal level. I really appreciated the presentation and description of the dishes I ordered; this only happens in high-end establishments. So, in my opinion, the value for money isn't excellent, but it's amazing. It will definitely be a point of reference to consider when in the area.

10/01/2026: On a friend's recommendation, after a long walk around the frosty city, we stopped at this family-run restaurant. It's the perfect place for a wonderful lunch with wine, venison carpaccio, and our first taste of ostrich meat (great reviews). Pasta with chanterelles, boletus mushrooms, and minced meat in blueberry sauce, polenta with local sausage, and dessert—everything was top-notch! Thank you 🙏

10/01/2026: A very interesting accidental discovery. We felt a bit like we'd stepped back in time, from the tablecloths to the truly beautiful old-fashioned chairs, to the table lamps. Pleasant background music made it easy to chat. Not being locals, we wanted to try two off-menu dishes, recommended by the owner (spaetzle and guinea fowl with polenta), which were truly sublime. The fennel bread brought to us was a truly exceptional detail, and not a given. A final treat: the brioche with custard and blueberry jam and cream—the icing on the cake, as they say. Just one small flaw: having dined in the lower room, there was no internet or mobile connection. Being restaurateurs ourselves, we suggest trying to resolve this issue. We will definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Trento, and we'll be back soon.

23/01/2026: An inn with a modern twist on old-world style... understated, elegant, and absolutely welcoming! The welcome is unique, with a family-like yet highly professional tone! The open-plan kitchen is so clean it doesn't even seem like there's a glass partition separating the rooms! The menu is somewhat representative of what's described... EXCELLENT is the adjective. The location is breathtaking, and I won't add anything else. 100% recommended.

01/02/2026: Simply a great restaurant with really good food, great service and nice atmosphere. We had the brusaola and ravioli with mushrooms as firsts with entrecôte and salmon trout as seconds. All of it was top quality, with the ravioli stealing the show. The white wine of the house was also really good, as was the tiramisu. We would definitely love to come back to try the other dishes, everything seemed delicious!

29/10/2025: The restaurant is a bit hidden among small streets but is well signposted. Very friendly staff welcomed us for lunch and took great care of our toddler. The gnocchi were delicious, and the fish stew with potatoes was also very good. Recommended!

29/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! This authentic family-run restaurant served fresh fish from the lake and homemade fries. The terrace is lovely, away from the crowds, and very peaceful. The service was friendly. I highly recommend it.
