29/03/2025: Menu with very interesting proposals. We took the lunch menu with the egg cooked at 63°, the Milanese risotto with ossobuco and the dessert, to which we added a braised meat with celeriac cream and mushrooms. As an entrée they brought us two falafel each on top of a purple carrot mayonnaise. All extremely good, I would have done an encore of everything, but it is the Milanese risotto that is illegal due to how good it is. Very kind and professional waitress, welcoming and very nice place, with the possibility of sitting both inside and outside on the square overlooking the lake. Very high quality/price, I will definitely return.

The cheese and dessert trolleys are extraordinary (you can choose multiple tastings!). Precise and friendly service. The price is in line with the quality of the experience. 02/02/2025: We went to the Usignolo Restaurant, located in Viggiona (VB). From the first reviews and photos it immediately attracted us, and we were not disappointed at all. As soon as you arrive you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire lake, while the interior is modern and very classic. The spaces are large and the arrangement of the tables is very beautiful and functional. The restaurant is very bright due to the large windows, which give the possibility of admiring the view even from inside. As an appetizer I ordered an encore of Piedmontese Fassona tartare and salmon. Truly exceptional dish, the meat and fish were really fresh and their quality was very high. A very, very good dish and highly recommended. As a second course I ordered spaghetti with seafood. This dish was also really delicious, here too you could feel the quality of the products and their freshness. A small negative note is the fact that the pasta was a little too salty. The service is normal, the staff is very friendly and quite fast. Sometimes we waited a moment longer but it was certainly due to the large turnout. Furthermore, a positive note is the parking spaces, although the restaurant is located on a hill it has plenty of them available. A truly delicious and highly recommended restaurant, go there as soon as you have the chance!

27/02/2025: We went on a Saturday evening after several attempts to book as it is always in high demand and we understood why. Deserving, intimate location, we can't wait to try the external part that the owner kindly showed us. The service was adequate for the location. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Refined and particular dishes. Surely the next time we return we will try other dishes because they look really inviting starting from the eyes and the cacio e pepe is proof of this.

To start, abundant cold cuts platter with local products and smoked Co.Al.Vi beef with SUPREMA saffron mayonnaise!! So many reasons to recommend this place! Located in the middle of the mountains, beautiful panorama. We will be back for sure!!
