24/09/2025: I go to Nuovo Bar Belvedere almost every day and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly, and the food is always delicious and authentic. The menu changes frequently, with simple yet tasty options, perfect for those who work and want to eat well without spending too much.
A place that feels like home. Recommended!

02/02/2026: Ideal for a stopover, just a few minutes from the Ovada exit, past a nice shopping center. The rooms and hotel are a bit dated. The rooms and beds are clean, with comfortable mattresses. The restaurant below the hotel is audible, but it didn't bother me. The restaurant is highly recommended; simple and good Piedmontese cuisine or very good wood-fired pizzas. Overall, absolutely recommended for the price, also because of the very friendly owners.
26/01/2026: It's a dated hotel, but the service is truly fantastic. The staff is very friendly. The food is fantastic, and the breakfast is also excellent. The rooms are very clean.
I'll definitely bring my own pillow, as these are quite thin.

25/01/2026: A truly excellent experience! We ate wonderfully and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Special praise goes to the service: we were served by a very young man with curly hair, full of positive energy, polite, quick, and always attentive. His friendliness and smile really made the difference, making the evening even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
09/01/2026: Excellent pizza and a magical atmosphere on summer evenings with the fairy lights. Quality food. We opted for dinner. Try the anchovies, they're fabulous. Honestly, I found the staff very friendly, and honestly, if you're with friends and chatting, you don't notice if the service between the main courses and dessert is slow or not 😊 right? .. When you go out for dinner, you shouldn't be in a rush, right? Fantastic and recommended.
We also tried it in winter, however, and I'd like to mention something I think is very important and that I don't find in the other reviews. I find it freezing in the wonderful glass-walled dining room in winter. I find it really unpleasant to dine in the cold.

25/02/2026: Fresh produce and reasonable prices, but unfortunately, there's an extremely rude guy behind the counter who, in addition to messing up orders, also speaks disrespectfully toward customers. It's a shame, I was fine until now. Never mind, Alessandria has plenty of similar places.

The staff were friendly, though "very direct."
The "standard" aperitifs (as our server described them) were excellent, with no platters, and the prices were very reasonable.
We went there with friends on market day, so while sitting pleasantly outside, we saw the most authentic Ovada passing before us.

Ottime portate accompagnate dalla professionalità e dalla simpatia del proprietario Franco e , stasera, anche da Lorenzo che, nonostante la giovane età, si è mostrato premuroso ,attento e gentilissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, locale pulitissimo e molto accogliente, bravissima la Chef. Siamo felici di aver festeggiato qui il compleanno di mio marito. Grazie a tutti e speriamo a presto.

01/02/2026: This is a pub-style establishment located in the Piagera di Gabiano valley. I'd say the food is good quality, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. For a quiet evening with kids and friends, this is definitely the place. I'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: If I have an all-you-can-eat dinner, Yolo is always my first choice. I'm forced to lower my rating due to the menu. Saturday nights used to have an unlimited choice of dishes. The menu has certainly changed over time, but that's no longer the case. This restriction is very annoying because the price doesn't change, but you're subject to the same limitations that used to apply during the week and at lunchtime.
