13/07/2025: Premessa: finora da cliente occasionale mi sono sempre trovato bene; magari un po' lenti nel servizio, ma sono sempre stato dell'idea che se decidi di entrare in un locale e sederti un minimo di attesa devi aspettartela... Ecco appunto il problema, un minimo, non mezz'ora senza essere minimamente calcolati... Il saluto? Un optional! una volta entrati sia la ragazza bionda al banco, sia la ragazza riccia che serviva ai tavoli (o almeno questa è l'impressione che ho avuto in merito al suo ruolo) hanno continuato ad ignorarci, finché alla fine abbiamo ceduto, ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via con buona pace dell'imperturbabile duo, che probabilmente non si è neanche accorto della cosa... Per dovere di cronaca per fare colazione siamo finiti al McCafé, con buona pace delle battaglie dei piccoli imprenditori contro la GDO.

03/07/2025: Caffè sceccherato molto buona la prima volta pagato 2.50 euro con vaniglia la seconda volta 3.50 le chiedo perché costa di più di un euro mi dice che si è sbagliato la volta prima che con il liquore costa di più l ho guardato gli ho detto ma io l ho preso alla vaniglia ma il prezzo non e cambiato ci sono rimasta male tra l altro nel listino vicino la cassa non c e il prezzo del caffè sceccherato comunque so che il caffè con la vaniglia costa meno rispetto a uno con il liquore

08/05/2025: Ottimo locale buona la cucina, la posizione, l'accoglienza e in estate comoda la piscina .....molto consigliato e se andate in dolce compagnia potete dire che non vi manca niente ...

04/05/2025: Preciso subito che non ho nessun problema con i ristoratori che non ammettono cani. Se sono vicino a casa lascio il cane a casa, se non posso non chiedo neppure. In questi caso il ristorante pubblicizza “cani ammessi e tavoli all’aperto”. Io quindi avrei voluto fare una bella recensione del ristorante! Invece avendo prenotato per il 25 maggio per tre persone e un cane mi sono sentita chiedere ben 4 volte in due telefonate se il cane era ben educato e non di disturbo. Dopo aver ben 4 volte risposto che il cane è abituato a venire con noi e che comunque avremmo di certo risolto anche imprevisti con un tavolo vicino al muro o d’angolo mi veniva risposto subito che andava bene. Dopo 5 minuti mi telefonava il titolare per dirmi che ci sarebbe stato un “matrimonio con musica” 😂😂😂 a quel punto declinavo io cortesemente per evitare di essere noi disturbati dal casino (sempre che fosse vero e non una scusa per non dire che il cane non era comunque ben accetto). Ovviamente anche i “tavoli all’aperto” pubblicizzati come i “cani ammessi” non esistono. Alla domanda la risposta è stata “non riusciamo a servire dentro e fuori”. Pazienza. Andremo altrove.

06/06/2025: I stopped here for lunch: the price is slightly above average, but still very little also because the food is of good quality. Fast and friendly service and generous portions. Special mention for the meatballs that were really delicious, they melted in your mouth! Even the bread, often not very good in other places, here is good and fresh. In short recommended 😁

08/06/2025: I had already been as a guest at the Locanda some time ago and wanted to return for my birthday on Saturday evening; good food, excellent mountain egg and risotto with shrimp tartare, beautiful Locations. Terrible service and there were only three tables, waitress glacial and not very interested. I asked for a detail on the catch of the day, a dry "No" response without further explanation. We understood that there were options for desserts off the menu from the next table! At the bill the owner didn't say a word about how we had found it! ... quite strange even in a pizzeria they ask you that. I never write reviews and I always respect the places I go to but this time I had a really bad experience! Maybe only the complete menus are welcome? As far as it may interest the Locanda, even if I really don't think so, given other reviews, I don't think I'll return!

16/06/2025: In 2025 you can't run out of mint for the mojito. Very rude waitress. An hour passed before we were taken into consideration. They came to take our order only after the third prompt. There was no mayonnaise for the fries either.

20/05/2025: Clean and fresh environment with young, polite and attentive staff (no small feat!) Excellent variety of crepes, sandwiches, hamburgers and salads all made on the spot with the possibility of booking via the app conveniently at the table. If you are a beer lover you will find various types 😋 A regular stop in Alessandria now! Keep it up

14/05/2025: Tried for dinner, excellent value for money for an informal and welcoming environment. Ordering at the table via easy app and guarantees speed of service, without taking anything away from the family welcome of the host and staff. Nice the possibility of composing your own crepe as you like.

15/05/2025: The food was not bad, as are the beers. Staff a little "under pressure" even though the place wasn't overly crowded. They had presentation of Liberation Day. So they asked us to be quite, its a bit rude to asked us to be quite as we were enjoying dinner with family where conversation is expected to happen. So we had to move table ourselves.

Juicy, messy, the kind you eat with both hands and a grin. The fried cod? Crisp outside, flaking apart inside—like it actually knew what a fryer was for. Potatoes were golden and honest. Cola classica cold and real. The cake? Let's just say we didn’t leave crumbs. No fuss, no overthinking—just good food, served right, in a place that knows how to feed people. Sometimes that’s all you need.

26/05/2025: I have ordered the cake here on a couple of occasions and overall the quality is good: soft dough, pleasant fillings and even the pastries are fresh. However, there are aspects that can be improved. The decorations, such as the wafer roses, seem to be those easily found in the supermarket: from a pastry shop I expect more artisanal and refined details. The staff is not always friendly either: the approach is sometimes cold or hasty, which does not make the experience particularly pleasant. Furthermore, the possibility of paying with the POS is not offered, something that is expected from any commercial establishment today. Overall decent, but could be improved both in the presentation and in the service.
