Incredible hotel in every way. The staff reflects the image of the hotel, taking great care. Even for 1 or 2 nights, to do once in your life, if possible with a lake view. Even the price is high, less exclusive out of season, to be put into perspective because in what we had paid (directly on the hotel's website), we had 2 breakfasts (also high-end worthy of a brunch at 50 euros) and access to the Spa, not to be missed either!

Just for my birthday I wanted to spend a weekend with my partner, beautiful hotel with nothing to say, Art Nouveau style... well looked after in detail and clean. The weather was very bad so on Saturday the 30th as soon as we arrived the only solution was to spend time at the SPA (functional and beautiful with a salt water swimming pool). Even though during the day until 4pm children with parents following them are allowed to laugh and shout, we were told that on weekends and on pre-holidays and holidays entry was by reservation. This was very annoying... apart from children etc also because I had not been informed when booking, a month before, we are talking about a 5 star LUXURY hotel. We had dinner, very good and attentive service…. Normal cuisine. I encountered coldness and little welcome at the reception. Smiling forcefully even if it's Easter is never nice. I don't know how to go back.... Maybe….. too bad.

Magnificent and timeless hotel, a palace like no other. The decoration of the premises has retained its theatrical character of the end of the 19th century without neglecting the comfort and standards of our time. Attentive staff. Exceptional service. Gourmet meals. Resolutely modern swimming pool and SPA. Superb view of the lake. I recommend .

What a magical hotel!! I had such a lovely stay here, super clean hotel and welcoming staff. Elisa was very helpful and sweet, thank you to her for making our stay so lovely!! I also want to say thank you to Daniele who was my driver to the airport at the hotel who was also so lovely!!

We had our wedding reception here in summer 2018. A magical place with great charm. We were treated very well and all the guests were fully satisfied! We spent the night in the Hemingway suite, what can I say... everything was perfect!

Sumptuous, stylish hotel, hosts historical jewels, furniture, sculptures, paintings, vases... A pleasure for the eyes... Cozy atmosphere, guaranteed relaxation, swimming pools at dream temperature, spa, sauna, etc., magnificent!!! A dream stay!

As we were staying at the hotel, we decided to have one dinner there. The food and service were excellent. I had a veal dish with a shiitake cream sauce that was absolutely delicious. My wife’s dish was equally good. The ambience was definitely hotel, in fact we dined in the same space as for breakfast. Definitely not intimate. It would have been great if the lights could have been dimmed. Other than the hotel atmosphere, a great place.
