Very nice hotel - Ideal location Concierge service: perfect Reception: The reception was disappointing: unfriendly staff, a complete lack of attention to the customer, both on arrival and departure. Many seminars are organized, and individual guests are no longer considered.

A striking hotel in an extravagant Baroque style. Gilding, chandeliers, and timeless woodwork adorn every floor. The charm of the old world blends seamlessly with modern comfort. The expansive saltwater pool and spa area boasts facilities we've rarely, if ever, seen elsewhere, such as the tropical shower suite and the "snow" cabin. Add to that an efficient and welcoming staff (a special mention for Carmen in the spa area). Our room was small but comfortable and very quiet, overlooking the garden. A sumptuous buffet breakfast was included in the room rate, as was parking. This hotel offers excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

A late 19th-century hotel with old-world charm and authenticity. The spa area is modern and very well-equipped, with an indoor and outdoor pool in a magnificent garden! The service is impeccable at every level. The lake-view rooms are superb, but a bit noisy during peak season; the garden-view rooms are less expensive and very quiet!

I thought the best hotel in the world was the Astoria in New York. This hotel is in the same class, in a more beautiful location. The level of attention to guests is on par. It's also cheaper! History, luxury, wonderful rooms, service, spa: I'd say everything is excellent. Congratulations

The room and the whole hotel is old baroque style, with lots of gold colour decor. Our room has poor and unstable WiFi signal. We stayed here for 2 very warm days in April with no air conditioning. They provided us with a fan that helped a little. All the staff and friendly and helpful.

Loved my stay at Hotel Grand Iles des Boromees! Super comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The view over Lake Maggiore is absolutely stunning and really makes the experience special. The spa was amazing, and breakfast was a highlight; a huge variety with smoked salmon, jamón, cheeses, eggs, salami, breads, miso soup, fresh juices, and delicious pastries. Everything was fresh and high quality. Would definitely come back!
