Last night my sweetheart and I treated ourselves to a dinner for two at this restaurant we know. Naturally, Drof specializes in seafood delicacies, which you absolutely must try with a nice bottle of bubbly. The service and expertly presented shellfish make Drof a real gem. We'll be back soon! Worth a visit!

Second time with my friend Albino and second dose of excitement! Raw ingredients of rare quality and freshness, treated with love and skill by expert and delicate hands. Five stars are not enough for this food atelier, and not least the staff: sensitive, professional, cheerful; attentive but never intrusive—in short, excellent in every way. Heartfelt thanks to all of you for this extraordinary experience, which we will certainly repeat whenever we have the chance.

Family-run restaurant with a menu entirely focused on seafood. Fresh, high-quality ingredients are expertly prepared; the wait staff is punctual, friendly, and helpful; also recommended for lunch.

Well, what can I say? I'm back in my beloved Puglia! Everything was delicious! Compliments to the staff, everything was very attentive to the smallest details! One flaw... I'm sorry to say, but don't order the coffee! 😅

13/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place on a friend's recommendation. I've been back several times, and I'll be back. Tasty, sophisticated dishes from both land and sea, with satisfying portions! I'll be back. A welcoming place; no one ever raises their voices at the table. The owner exudes professionalism and kindness. A true professional, as do all the staff. I'll be back.
13/04/2026: The cheese in my pizza was almost cold (you can see it did not even melt completely), and the pistachio sauce came from a tube, in a not very appetizing way. The dough tasted fine, but the rest not so much. A cheaper and simpler pizza would probably have been better, but it was the "pizza del giorno", so I thought it would be better.
