22/06/2024: Rudeness, rudeness and discourtesy and I would even say racism! My husband and I and the children entered!! He treated us very badly and when I asked for the cannoli he made a very ugly face! I refused and replied in kind, she almost apologized saying she was tired... if you're tired close before Saturday evening and don't take it out on the customers who will never come to this ice cream shop again! But reading the comments we weren't the only ones who felt bad! Maybe it's time for a personnel change
08/05/2024: Bad manners towards customers, little humility and zero desire to work. I definitely won't go back and I advise anyone not to go there.
The milkshake was not to our liking as it was poorly made.

17/08/2024: Tourist trap and the best way to get sick with stale and tasteless food, hot water and bubbleless and tasteless beers. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND DON'T GO THERE.
15/08/2024: Dirty place and rude staff.
I asked for a coffee at the counter, the waiter drops the arm of the machine on the ground: do you think he rinsed it? No. Put back in the car and off to make my coffee.
The waiters, whom I thanked and greeted upon entering and exiting, barely grumbled.
Guys, working with the public (but in general being simply polite people) involves obligations.
The place in Piazza San Carlo is not enough for you

Small bowl of chips appreciated as a gesture.
Price more than adequate considering the location.
4 stars instead of 5 only for the chips which do not have the necessary crunchiness.
Still positive.

23/07/2024: Ultimo giorno a Torino prima di partire per le vacanze, stanca e assetata insieme ad un'amica ci fermiamo al primo bar in via Garibaldi.Il cameriere ci consiglia un estratto di frutta.Nulla di che ..molto acquoso e con tanto ghiaccio.Arrivati in cassa ...senza fare una piega ci fanno pagare 20 euro.Non ho parole per quanto accaduto..quel che è certo che in vita mia non metterò mai più piede in quel bar.

20/08/2023: I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0, we ordered and paid for two takeaway pizzas, delivery scheduled for 8.50pm, at 9pm they called us saying they had run out of pizza dough (at 9pm). The only positive note is the immediate refund

We placed the order at 5pm, the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 8pm.
Every 10 minutes the order was postponed by half an hour, no one answered the phone.
When the pizzas finally arrived after an hour, the pizzas were all wrong and didn't look very inviting, we went to take them back and they couldn't make us any more pizzas because they ran out of dough.

02/01/2024: Bad bad.. we sat down at 1.30pm, the first course arrived after an hour, at 4pm the second courses were still to arrive, counting that they only had to serve us because there was no one else... poor courses both in quality and quantity. . one of the worst places I've eaten in Turin.. not recommended.. ah the ATM doesn't work at 5pm we had to go and withdraw, I've said it all
