27/03/2026: Quiet place but the croissants seem to be from the day before

27/12/2025: Friendly and attentive staff. Open late at night too. I recommend it for everything. Easy to reach from the metro and various restaurants, very good overall. I recommend it.

15/12/2025: Terrible service, mediocre pizza, and a rude and overly crafty sales assistant...the selling price was €1.50...if fraud is going to happen, let it be for at least a significant amount!!! This incident has been repeated...not recommended.

08/12/2025: Ordered five pizzas at 6 PM for home delivery at 8:10 PM. They were delivered at 8:50 PM after several phone calls telling us the delivery guy was on his way (we live 10 meters from the pizzeria). Three of the pizzas arrived burnt. It's a shame because they used to be really good.

25/10/2025: Highly recommended, always fresh and of excellent quality, not to mention the wonderful single-servings! The glazed chestnuts are fresh and excellent during this period, and the brioche is always fresh and excellent.

24/10/2025: Highly recommended! They always have fresh, delicious croissants, not to mention their desserts, which are absolutely wonderful!

22/12/2025: A quick Baylies on the rocks, which was a mistake, since the bartender was also wearing a jacket and scarf. The bathroom... I won't say anything, it's better. It's true that it was almost 11 PM, but after a stroll through downtown Arona, so an hour later, it was still open and crowded. It was Saturday night. The friendly bartender? I don't know why he just said 9 euros (with receipt).

24/12/2025: First come, last served, and even then, there were missing items. The food is nowhere near as good as the totally overpriced meal. I really don't recommend it. Plus, no drinks or fries are included. The bacon on the fries is inedible. No kids' menu, no payment options other than credit card.

20/03/2026: Despite the friendly atmosphere, I won't be returning. The kebab guy was rolling up sandwiches and, with greasy gloves, touching money and retouching sandwiches without changing his gloves. They let the regular kids who go to school out front smoke inside the outdoor area.

14/01/2026: Hassan Kebab Hassan is a kebab restaurant near my house. It is in a nice area and close to many schools, so it is very easy to reach. The place is not very pleasant, and at night it can become dangerous because there are often suspicious people around. However, the food is good and tasty. The service is fast, and the people who work there are very friendly and nice. Also the prices are really affordanle and they have a really big selection of products although they re missing of my favourite product to eat: the kebab pizza In conclusion, Hassan is a good place to eat kebab because the food is good and the staff are kind. I recommend going there during the day.

01/09/2025: We had a great time, both for breakfast and lunch. The staff is super friendly and professional, cappuccino and croissants are €3.40; the croissants are delicious, still warm when we ordered them. Ginseng grande is €1.70, and for lunch they have a huge selection of pizza, sandwiches, first courses, and even salads: a buffalo mozzarella and ham sandwich with the option to heat it up (€6) + a can of Coke is €9.50. There are plenty of tables, both high and low, and even some sofas.

28/02/2026: The food is not very tasty, it is not cooked on the spot (the chips were cold and hard), the service is not very efficient and the communication is equally bad, there is no internet connection in the restaurant and they don't have a wifi connection.

19/12/2025: Bad experience, bad environment, he gave me the wrong change, he was supposed to give me €10, he gave me €2 change telling me he would give me the right one, the environment is bad, he treats you badly and has no respect for the customer and he cheats customers on the change

21/04/2026: The coffee is getting worse and worse, the service is consistently mediocre, only the bread is good.

07/01/2026: At the bar, they don't listen to you. They serve you coffee and cappuccino without listening to your order. I asked for a cappuccino with a little bit of coffee, and it came out black.

03/04/2026: Someone finally came out to take orders after a 10min wait. Several tables ordered, we were bypassed. We were told she'd be back in a minute. She then went to join her 2 colleagues and sat down for a coffee and a chat. Unbelievable!

03/04/2026: The waitstaff took orders from other guests but not ours, then sat down with their colleagues and drank coffee instead of serving us. All three of them sat there on their break; no one was serving. The restaurant was full.

26/09/2025: The atmosphere was appropriate for a pastry shop. The service was friendly and efficient. It's a shame that the quality of the pastries was very disappointing, as they weren't made daily. The quality/price ratio was poor.

27/04/2025: We've been there several times for breakfast, but the owner and staff remain unfriendly. It's a shame because the place is cute and the desserts are good, although the fruit tarts we had this morning weren't fresh, but from the day before. Prices are decidedly high, and there's little, if any, space to move around with children.

14/12/2025: I'M GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE 0 The bodyguards were really arrogant; they refused entry to a group of six guys without any justification. The rules state that you can't enter if you're under 16, if you're wearing ripped or graffitied jeans, or if you're wearing football jerseys, and you need a valid ID to enter. For the "TT LE GIRLZ" evening, the Luna Rossa page posted a story with an image showing three different entrances/lines: free entry for women, tables/lists, and regular entry. Of these six guys, two were girlfriends of two members of the group, and after queuing for regular entry, a bodyguard asked them how many there were, and one replied, "There are six of us." The bodyguard replied, "Okay, then you can go home. Have a good evening." Without any explanation, since they were perfectly compliant with their dress code and ID requirements. They tried to get in MULTIPLE TIMES, and were told they couldn't get in because "you're Moroccan." Only two of these guys were Moroccan, the others were South Americans. But even if that were the problem, why did you let other groups, like one of 15 people of Egyptian, Albanian, etc., in? And right in front of their eyes? The other girl and I then went to ask the bodyguard politely and calmly what was happening, and one of them told us we had to leave, and the other that "he didn't have to give us explanations." This is called DISCRIMINATION, with even RACIST accusations and responses in a truly arrogant tone. I thought the Luna Rossa staff would be more professional about these things, but evidently that's not the case. After this time, I don't recommend going to a place like this again. DISGUSTING

30/11/2025: I give one star because you can't give less, after 3 hours waiting outside in the cold they didn't let us in...never again

08/12/2025: The pastry shop employee, who had absolutely nothing to do with it, responded instead of the owner (a terrible intrusion) to my complaint about a hair in a pastry crust with sweet ricotta, telling me it was a hair from a brush (for what purpose?), thus turning a hole into a crater. Naturally, the owner remained silent.

16/11/2025: The lady at the pastry counter was rude and had a terrible attitude! I will definitely never set foot in this place again, where kindness and a smile are unknown.

11/03/2026: A very informal trattoria offering a reasonably priced, fixed-price Sunday menu featuring regional cuisine. Easy parking is available.

22/11/2025: A return to the good old days, where taste, kindness, and home cooking will take you back in time. Very fair prices. Not to be missed.
