19/10/2025: Horrible. I've been to this cafe before (expensive but convenient). I'll never go back. I had the honor of being served by the hostess for the first and therefore last time. The feeling of being treated like a dog, with no respect and no questioning. For €11, I came away from the experience feeling empowered, my body trembling with stress at the lack of respect from this so-called manager. Shameful. I'll skip the details, but do yourself a favor and don't go there.

19/10/2025: Horrible. Don't go if you can avoid it. Unacceptable treatment. As soon as we entered, the owner told us we couldn't sit where we were. Zero courtesy, she made us take our order standing. She got my simple order wrong (a peanut), I pointed it out to her, and thankfully I was able to correct it. The specialty coffees arrived: they were just syrup, extremely sweet and expensive for what they were, with very little coffee in sight. Then, the icing on the cake: we ordered a cream brioche, they gave us an empty one, and when we complained, she told us we were the ones who made the mistake. A shocking scene; the owner doesn't know how to treat customers at all and never admitted her mistakes. We will never return.

05/10/2025: Was thinking to have a nice breakfast, unfortunately, they served us with reheated overnight leftover brioche. With such a price, it doesn't seem right.

05/10/2025: I went for a good Sunday breakfast and found myself with a reheated, dry brioche from the day before, with the vanilla sugar visibly cooked. Not recommended if they continue to treat their customers like cash machines!

10/09/2025: Small and cold portions, a while ago the food was better and then not exactly cheap for a self-service restaurant.

23/07/2025: Not recommended. The quality has dropped significantly in the last few months. Before, the food was decent, served on glass plates and with unlimited drinks. Now, it's cold, tasteless pasta, a cake that tasted like extremely dry sponge, and paper plates. And there are no longer unlimited drinks. For €9, you can eat better elsewhere!

31/08/2025: This is the third time in two years I've been here. I'll start by saying the gelato is decent, nothing more. I make gelato myself, so I know what I'm talking about. The service, however, depends on the manager's mood. It's not always pleasant. But the real problem is something else. The prices. By law, they must be displayed. Here, besides being very high and unjustified, they're never shown. €6 for a cup of three flavors is unacceptable. It's also punishable by law. I don't think it's fair. I won't be returning.

14/06/2025: Non avrei messo neanche una stella se avessi potuto. Assolutamente disorganizzati, maleducati, la mano destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra. Ti obbligano a prenotare on Line , DEVI presentarti assolutamente 15 minuti prima dall’orario indicato nella prenotazione , se no il tavolo viene dato ad altri……. Arriviamo 15 minuti prima……tavolo inesistente, devi fare la fila alla casa per prenotare , dove ci sono i clienti che pagano. Regna la confusione , l’inadeguatezza, l’incompetenza, la maleducazione…. Dopo 20 minuti ci mandano in terrazza. Altri 15 minuti di attesa. Il nostro tavolo viene preparato in Cina. Ci sediamo alle 20:50 alle 220:01 non stiamo ancora cenando. Le birre erano ormai calde, le zanzare banchettavano sotto il tavolo con le nostre gambe. Ad una certa attacca la musica house, e io non vedo ancora la nostra pizza. Nel frattempo la ragazza al tavolo vicino era incinta di 4 mesi…. Ha partorito. Stiamo festeggiando la comunione ….. se continua così arriviamo alla laurea. Ore 22:13 Niente Nel frattempo le pizze al tavolo del puerpera sono arrivate per festeggiare il matrimonio del bimbo. E al nostro tavolo nulla, ma mi suggeriscono che sono i tempi di lievitazione. Finalmente arriva la pizza. Niente da dire buona. Voto 7…. Alla pizza. Concludendo, l’attesa non compensa la qualità delle materie prime.

31/05/2025: Verso le 18,chiedo direttamente al gentile proprietario,presente al bar di prenotarmi un tavolo per 2 persone le 19.30.Arrivismo puntuali e chiediamo del tavolo,nel porticato all aperto ,ci viene risposto che "quello è libero" faccio presente che ho prenotato quindi ci dovrebbe essere un tavolo nel deor non sul marciapiede sotto il porticato vista parcheggio "libero",il cameriere che sicuramente non ha una conoscenza approfondita dell italiano mi risponde comunque " quello è libero" ,ci sediamo di malavoglia,con tavolo con tovagliette in carta e pianta della fioriera praticamente in bocca,ma questo è niente ....ordine veloce pizze altrettanto veloci e qui comincia il bello ...pizza molle neppure parente di quella assaggiata nel locale precedente e dopo 4 minuti il conto ,ma non ho neppure mangiato la pizza ,non mi è mai capitato eppure per piacere viaggio parecchio in Italia e in europa . Ovviamente finita la pizza faccio le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria che mi risponde,ovvio,per evitare il mangia e fuggi,le rispondo che al mare tutti i locali sono all aperto ma nessuno anticipa il conto da saldare alla consegna......morale pizza mediocre e di pizze a Napoli ne ho mangiate parecchie e servizio assurdo,dimenticavo il deor non può essere quello .....ma Cannavacciuolo non aveva assicurato di lasciare il locale in buone mani 🤔

30/08/2025: Helpful staff. The owner lacks kindness; a smile for customers wouldn't hurt, nor would a greeting from him. Exorbitant prices, very limited selection, and the coffee cream wasn't cold enough and melted immediately. I will never set foot in this place again; I don't recommend it to anyone. I give the owner a piece of advice: treat all customers equally; good manners never hurt.

04/10/2025: The owner of the place, in my opinion, is irresponsible because this evening at 11:00 a.m. she came out from the back of the place with someone holding a pizza... telling an elderly gentleman who is anything but responsible to close the place... practically unattended... this is just tonight's example; I'll leave out any other details. While during the day, this gentleman happily wanders around my house with his dog, coming in and out of the back of the place as if it were his own... the owner is obviously not there... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 as I was saying, I haven't seen the owner for a few days. I can't figure out who runs this place, which is always open. I also noticed that for a few days, this gentleman gets food for himself and his dog from inside the place... or rather, from the back of the place.... sorry, but it's impossible not to notice these not very nice behaviors.

31/08/2025: €14 for a gluten-free pizza with ham and zucchini (with frozen dough). Practically double the average price of a pizza, and the quality is also poor. I strongly advise against it.

15/08/2025: I've never written reviews for any restaurant, but I feel compelled to. I ordered two pizzas a couple of months ago, €38, heavily topped, and so large that I couldn't even finish them, even folded in the box due to their size. Since we were so happy with the service months ago, and since we were new customers (I'm not mistaken, we even had a discount with a flyer handed out with the discount), we ordered three more pizzas this evening, almost €50, literally without toppings, thin as a sheet of paper, the dough half-raw, full of oil, and a burnt edge, and one of the pizzas was even missing one of the chosen ingredients. I ordered a beer, which arrived hot and undrinkable, and the Coke was ice cold; I don't see the point. I don't know if the management or the chef has changed in recent months, but this evening it felt like we'd bought the lowest-quality frozen pizzas on the market, put them in a box, and delivered them. It's a shame. Judging by the photos on the website, you'd expect excellent quality pizzas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen, not all that glitters is gold. This will be the last time we'll order from you.

02/11/2025: If I'd read some of the negative reviews, I wouldn't have gone in. Having not seen them, we instead ordered gnocchi all'Ossolana and tagliatelle with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Everything was delicious, and the prices were in line with expectations. I almost forgot...a glass of good Nebbiolo!

19/10/2025: The meal was very good, but the service was terrible. If we had to do it again, we would have had to get up and go somewhere else—which we didn't do out of politeness, but we should have! It took them a long time to take our drink order at first, and then we had to wait about twenty minutes for our drinks, even though there were only two of us. We were drying out right there. Then, when the owner came to take our order, I was in the middle of telling him my choice of dish when he vanished, before returning later to finish taking my order. I found this unspeakably rude—it's the first time this has ever happened to me. Furthermore, he was neither welcoming nor welcoming. I found it a shame that the service was of such high quality when our dishes were very good and generous in quantity.

28/09/2025: First, he only asks for cash. Then, when you order just a coffee, he moves the tissue holder, which hides a sticker, and tells you that the table is actually reserved. Avoid unless you want to be dishonest.

10/07/2025: Wonderful service from one of the most friendly gentleman we encountered on this trip. Food and wine was also outstanding!

26/10/2025: The manager was very kind, the food was very good and of good quality, we hope to return!

14/09/2025: Friendly, but that's all they have! The bathroom is filthy with no running water, and the countertop screens are pointless if everything else is just a wandering germ, making the place look even dirtier and gloomy.
