Camping Lou Dahu In Canosio

A wonderful experience. Even though I arrived in the final days of the season and many amenities were no longer available, I still found a small, very clean and tidy campsite, close to the village above and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owners are very friendly and welcoming; they definitely make you want to return!

We felt incredibly comfortable and thank Roland and Sandra for their hospitality. The restaurant served delicious meals with fresh regional produce and excellent wines. Even at the end of September, the site is still wonderfully sunny and a great starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.

A wonderfully located little campsite, very well-maintained and beautiful grounds, and very friendly owners. We stayed here for three nights in September for hiking; highly recommended.

Great campsite, great facilities. Excellent bar, shop with an incredible selection of local food and anything you would need. Also a huge menu of beers/drinks. Offer breakfast to order. Lots of tent space and a communal yurt for tent campers.

A peaceful haven in a beautiful landscape. The restaurant is a wonderful place to treat yourself. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The shop has everything you need and much more. The campsite is very well equipped. No organized entertainment or other nonsense. I don't understand the negative reviews! Those people just don't belong here. We love coming back here again and again.

A super nice campsite with very clean restrooms. A great location between the mountains and the valley. A base for hiking, biking, and off-road tours. Run by a very friendly, German-speaking couple. I highly recommend it 👍

Beautifully located and maintained campsite. The downside is the rather regulated way the site is run which can make one feel a bit too controlled. The grey water disposal is difficult and there is no water specifically available on each pitch as described on the website.

A beautifully situated and, above all, very well-maintained place to relax and unwind. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The owners were available throughout the day to answer questions, and you quickly realize that they live and breathe their place. Dinner in the restaurant was a culinary experience we will remember for a long time. It's particularly striking how much the owners value regional products and quality, both in the restaurant and in the mini-market. We will be back.

A very, very nice place, very quiet. All 19 pitches for camper vans are beautifully situated. We had a wonderful time here. The owners and their staff were consistently friendly and helpful! The restrooms are clean, and the site overall is very well maintained. We went on some lovely hikes from here and felt very comfortable on our days off. I think €2 per shower is a fair price; it encourages climate-conscious water use. I don't understand the criticism of this and other criticisms. We'll be back!
